“We were so happy to work with Erika for our wedding cake! From the tasting to the final product, Sweet E’s delivered!! Erika set up a lovely tasting for us - we tried so many delicious flavors and it was hard to decide. We landed on Lemon and added in a tier of chocolate as well. It was so yummy and the guests raved about it! Erika also executed our vision perfectly with a gorgeous three tiered cake. She even added a figurine of our dog taking a bite at our request, which was such a sweet detail. She was so great to work with and we will be excited to get an anniversary cake next year to commemorate our special day!”

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

“We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks. These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”

“Kari with Cake Couture is absolutely incredible and I highly recommend her! She makes FANTASTIC Cakes (vegan ones too!) and has the capacity to be so creative. As a wedding planner, I have the opportunity to work with A LOT of wedding vendors and Kari is one of the absolute best. I'm pretty sure my favorite part was her freaking awesome cake vault that she used to deliver the cake in. In southern Utah we do a lot of destination weddings which means a lot of bumpy dirt roads to get to ceremony/reception locations and her cake vault was PERFECT for peace of mind that your cake would make it there in perfect condition. Kari is super sweet, easy to work with, and will make sure you get the cake of your dreams. You can't go wrong by hiring her!”
