The Retreat at Evans Farms is a beautiful, lush 700 acre farm located between Springfield and Dayton with a little over an hour drive from Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the perfect rural setting for a wedding, special event or weekend get-a-way to enjoy the country. It is is a wonderful location for people to celebrate, learn, and explore.

We welcome guests who are planning a wedding, family reunion, graduation, corporate outing, or any other type of celebration. We have a large tent (20 ft. x 100 ft.) on a concrete pad for outdoor events and climate-controlled restroom facilities. The restroom building also has a separate dressing room area. A large pavilion is also available to serve as an area to serve food and beverage. A pergola with a large concrete area is available for the wedding ceremony. We are constructing a 10,000 sq. ft. indoor event center with a January, 2023 estimated completion date. It will include a catering area, bar, bridal suite, additional restrooms and a large patio area next to the pond.

One of the most awe-inspiring areas on the property is the ceremony tree. Alternatively, you can host your ceremony at the Waterfront or inside our industrial-chic atrium. Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.
