Welcome to Mama Gina Catering, an Authentic Italian Food Experience. All my menu items include the most amazing Italian flavors taught to me by my Nana from when I was a little girl. My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy. To this day that is how I cook because Italian Food is all about fresh ingredients, heart, taste and a deep love of cooking.

On the day of our wedding rehearsal their attention to detail was incredible—salads were ready when we arrived, the buffet portions were generous, and everything ran like clockwork, which let us actually enjoy time with our guests instead of stressing about food and service. The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the fun cannoli-serving entertainment from King Cannoli that had everyone talking. Mama Gina's Catering handled everything for us including food, drinks, tableware, setup, and entertainment, making it a complete package that delivered a flawless experience.
