I could write pages about all the amazing things that this venue boasts, but I will highlight the points that future brides should understand when they go to book The Ruins. Being a DIY bride, the Ruins at Sassafrass provided the enchanting backdrop to bring my Pinterest board dreams to life. The rustic charm and natural beauty of the venue complemented my vision perfectly, creating a magical setting for our special day. The flexibility of the space allowed me to add personal touches, turning it into a unique and unforgettable experience. Even in late October the landscape of the mountains in the distance were breathtaking; our guests are still talking about how mesmerizing the views were. What makes our wedding story even more special is that we chose The Ruins before it was even finished. It was a leap of faith based on the vision and promises from Carol, the owner. When we did our initial tour, the venue was still in its beginning stages of completion; even then we were captivated by the potential and the unique charm it promised. What sealed the deal for us, however, was Carol's infectious enthusiasm, passion, and stylistic eye. Her vision and commitment assured us that the venue would be the perfect location for our special day, and it absolutely was! Being part of the journey from the early stages allowed us to witness the Ruins’ transformation, and it added an extra layer of excitement to our wedding planning. Despite the venue's newness and the inevitable growing pains, Carol, Lara (the on site coordinator), Jerome (Carol’s partner in life and business), and the rest of the team made sure our decision to trust them from the beginning was more than worthwhile. Being a newer venue, Carol and the team were still in the process of ironing out a few kinks. Despite some last minute hiccups, what truly stood out was Carol, Jerome, and Lara’s commitment to addressing these challenges in real-time. Their proactive approach and dedication to ensuring our day was perfect more than made up for any set backs in the planning process. This was a HUGE relief when planning such a momentous event. On our actual wedding day, when challenges arose with our day-of coordinator (that we hired separately and was not affiliated with The Ruins), Lara stepped in as our saving grace. Her quick thinking, attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and unforgettable celebration. Her ability to coordinate with our vendors and recalibrate the timeline on the spot showcased her experience and dedication. Without Lara's intervention, the day could have taken a different turn, and we are immensely grateful for her expertise and her willingness to step up and save the day. Her creative touch also helped transform the venue into a dreamlike setting, exceeding our expectations. We chose Magnanini Winery because my grandparents used bring my mom and uncle to come for the Italian festivals when they moved from Italy to the US, and the owners are from the same area of Italy my family is from. It was so special for me to have my wedding reception here. The space was absolutely gorgeous and everyone had the best time. The food was amazing and such a big hit, which is also what made me choose this venue because I knew the food would be great. We are so blessed to have been able to have our wedding at this venue.

The Barn on Hubbard was absolutely perfect in every way. We were married there in October 2018 and could not have asked for a better experience. The Barn's scenery in the Fall, set on a back road on a sprawling hill is to die for and made for wonderful photo opportunities. The Barn has beautiful natural lighting, a very cool bar built into an old silo, a great outdoor patio and a large lawn space perfect for games and activities. The best part about the Barn on Hubbard was that we were free to bring in all of our own vendors and decorate however we wanted, which helped us tremendously with cost savings. This wasn't your typical cookie-cutter venue where it is overpriced, one-stop shopping. We are from the city, so we thought it would be challenging to plan a wedding about 2 hours way, but Sara went above and beyond the call of duty. She provided excellent recommendations, was readily available to answer all questions, accommodated our rental company with drop off the day before, allowed us to decorate the day before, and helped to prepare a number of other things leading up to the wedding - not to mention everything she did the day of the event, from assisting with parking, to making sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend this venue for your wedding, or any event, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Barn, the people who run it, and the time we had planning/celebrating our wedding! My husband and I just got married at the Caboose and cannot say enough good things about the venue and its team. There's something magical about it. The space is gorgeous, warm, and inviting. The lighting, the garden, the intimate, communal feel, the food presentation. The food is by far the best you'll have. All of our guests agreed and were truly raving about it. It is by no means typical "wedding food" and is one of the many elements that makes this venue special. Not only was the food better than most restaurants, but the menu is so unique and highly customizable. Their focus on seasonal ingredients is truly special. If you're looking to have an elevated but understated dinner and dance party, this is the venue for you. The staff was so kind and executed our vision better than we could have imagined. You'd never know the venue/team is new. The Caboose is perfect and we could not recommend it or the entire team enough. Even the getting ready space above Kitty's restaurant was perfect. What a special place! We were blown away and can't wait to see what else this team does. They really know what they're doing here.

The Basilica is a one-of-a-kind space. If you are trying to avoid having a cookie-cutter wedding, this is the place for you. The staff has seen this venue set up in MANY different ways and can make anything you imagine come to life. I was really worried about being able to turn a blank space into my dream night but they made it happen easily. I'll never forget the feeling of seeing it all set up for the first time. The best part is that there are zero time restrictions on the space. Which for us, meant an after-party until 3am :)

The Company House was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, Amanda and Step were quick to respond, attentive to our needs, and incredibly helpful in planning every detail. We designated Springhill Suites for the wedding block accommodations. The team was exceptionally professional and accommodating. They even provided signage for the events which coordinated with the wedding invitations. We rented the meeting room for the entire weekend and decorated it for both the bride and grooms families to gather. We utilized it to both welcome our guests on Friday and share breakfast and farewells on Sunday. In addition, we closed off half the room for the groomsmen to prepare on Saturday. The after party took place there as well. I feel the staff and accommodations really set the tone for a wonderful weekend of shared experiences for both families.

So he has a lot of experience with Djaying and doing live events, and he also loves to play music and have a good time. He also has a wealth of knowledge about live sound, since he regularly does audio sound for corporate events when he is not Djaying by working a digital console mixing board with multiple wireless mics and regular mics.

DJ Randy from Randoz Events is the best 100%, this is my second time booking with him for my annual family BBQ, and when I tell you, he showed up and showed out, He delivered the best tunes from old school to new school from all genres of music, he had everyone jamming from the beginning till end! I cant wait till we do it again next year. If anyone is considered booking with him, please don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed

Stissing House is one of the oldest taverns in America, located at the crossroads of the village of Pine Plains in the heart of Dutchess County. It’s 90 minutes from New York City, and 30 minutes south of Hudson. It has hosted feasts for generations. Downstairs, intimate dining rooms and fireside lounges are ideal for parties of 8-10 people. Upstairs, the oldest Dutch Colonial ballroom in America is designed for long-table dinners and weddings of 25-150 people. Gather your friends and family for pitchers of shandy and wood fired eggs the day before or morning after your party. Chef/Proprietor Clare de Boer cooks food that is generous and has a sense of place. Ingredients come from surrounding farms and are prepared simply on the tavern’s mammoth hearth. The eggs are laid today, the butter is homemade, and the food is for feasting.

The now "annual" Stissing House Craft Feast has made holiday shopping fun, festive, inspiring and very low stress. From the minute you step into their signature green door, you feel transformed to another time. And suddenly the only reason to have a cell phone is to take photos of every incredibly gorgeous vignette. You have no choice but to be present and to indulge the senses as you take each step through the maze of decorated display and historic architecture. Carolers, trays of wonderful treats and smells and smiles all made for the most perfect and unique experience. The event was so seamless organized and curated. Hats off to Clare and Katie and the team!!! A personal thank you to them for the endless hours that it took to bring this amazing community event to our valley for all of us to enjoy. You made my Christmas season (yet again!).

Only 20 minutes away from Woodstock, 40 minutes from Kingston and an hour from Hudson. The hotel is close to many outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, tubing and skiing as well as local wineries, breweries, antiques, shopping and art galleries, The Graham & Co. is a perfect destination for any time of the year!

We could not recommend The Graham & Co enough for couples who want a laid back, weekend away with friends and family vibe for their wedding. If you have a strong vision of what you want, are willing to coordinate the vendors yourself, and are looking for a hip and beautiful place in the Catskills, this is the spot for you. The owner Martin and the manager Nathalie were super helpful with any questions we had throughout the months leading up to our event, and the weekend of they were a phenomenal help with everything from setup to making sure every person had anything they needed. We've had so many friends and family members speak incredibly highly of both the location and the staff. We love The Graham, highly recommend, and look forward to going back for years to come!
