The Ballroom at Union Square is a historic space located downtown Newark. Originally built in 1902 originally as a dance hall the venue was renovated and re-opened in 2016 as a concert hall. To our surprise couples began booking weddings and to date we have hosted more than 50. The venue is three stories and features the main ballroom, two full service bars, a full service kitchen, changing rooms, and onsite accommodations for the couple.

Located in the heart of Clintonville, the Clintonville Woman’s Club is is a civic, charitable and social organization founded in 1939. The woman’s club offers a full service banquet facility to all in central Ohio at not for profit pricing.

Vitria on the Square is a modern wedding venue located in Columbus, OH, near the intersection of 15th and High. Opened as of April 2023, you'll find this property located right next to The Ohio State University. Thanks to this stellar location, it offers sweeping views of the campus. Host your festivities at Vitria on the Square in the Grand Ballroom. This sophisticated space has ceilings that soar 24 feet above the dance floor, creating an impressively airy feel no matter the size of your guest list. The ballroom is illuminated by natural sunlight that streams through floor-to-ceiling windows. It can comfortably seat up to 300 guests in a banquet-style setup with a dance floor. In addition to this main banquet space, couples will gain access to the gallery for a cocktail reception. A private space is available exclusively for the wedding party in the Terrace Ballroom, offering somewhere quiet that's away from the bustle of the day.

We are all-inclusive wedding venue. With our in-house catering we do not charge hall rental fee. You just pay for catering only. We offer 6 hours reception and additional hour for the ceremony. (7 hours total). We offer In-house catering, DJ, Photography, Decorations, and much more. We can hose up to 300 people and large parking.

Outside catering is not permitted at this venue. With three different room sizes covering 30,000 square feet of ballrooms, host a celebration of any size and style. The Makoy is a full-service wedding venue with in-house catering, alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage options and many linen options for the color and design desired. The Makoy’s menus focus on American and Italian style cuisine options. We offer buffet and plated style meals with accompanying hors d'oeuvres and optional dessert choices.

Our catering team provides a wide variety of services for your event, including meals, meeting and event spaces, and linen packages. We have the largest facility between Cleveland and Columbus, and we can accommodate your group at a more affordable price than facilities in larger cities. The Convocation Center at Ashland University can handle groups of six to 1,000 people in a 20,000-square-foot facility, which is the largest of its kind between Cleveland and Columbus. Our center is equipped to meet all of your needs, including service equipment, tables and chairs, food and beverage and high-quality audio/visual technology. We also have a team of award-winning, professionally-trained chefs and service staff to cater your event.
