Photographing weddings has been my joy for the last 10 years and as our couples needs and wants have evolved, we have evolved to meet those needs. Whether you are planning a full blown wedding, a smaller intimate wedding or a quiet elopement you'll find our style is contemporary with an emphasis on creative, editorial story telling photo's that will retain a timeless quality that you will love 50 years from now.

I am a wedding and branding photographer based out of the Hudson Valley. I picked up my first camera at age 17 and haven’t been able to put it down since. I love capturing special moments in people’s lives and helping them feel beautiful on the other side of the camera.

My approach is to be as non-invasive and invisible as possible. The less you know I am there, the more reality I am able to capture. I do not want to be a director. I want to be an observer; a documentarian; most importantly, a story teller. Each moment in your life builds a story. She is passionate about photography, beginning her pursuits by developing an intricate knowledge of film photography before moving on to digital media. I take my inspiration from music, light, art and my two beautiful girls, Chloe and Mabel. Photos are so important. They are what we have after a wedding or when our children are all grown up. We are Neal and Thuy, a husband and wife (well, soon to be!) team. We’re passionate about what we do and what we do is create incredible memories for our clients! We both have been in the wedding industry for years. We actually met shooting a wedding back in 2015! Let’s just say, it wasn’t love at first sight. We were so busy working, that we didn’t pay much attention to each other. It wasn’t until we met up again at another wedding two months later when the sparks started flying. LBH Studios is a portrait studio opening in downtown in Plainville, Connecticut. We will be offering newborn photography, headshots, senior and family photos, milestone and maternity sessions and seasonally themed sets. The owner, Danielle Johnson is a New England who has been using her fine art, photography degree for over five years photographing weddings, newborns, children and families. Danielle has a passion for newborn photography and has received specialized training to learn how to safely photograph them. She has photographed over 200 babies and close to 100 weddings.
