“I originally wasn’t going to have a wedding coordinator, I had recently quit my job so I thought I wouldn’t need one since I had time to plan, but then I did some research and learned that our wedding day would be less stressful if we hired one. I looked online and found Kaitlyn and I liked her from the first call, she was very polite and kind. We hired her as day of coordinator, but she was available for my questions all the time which was very impressive to me. We had our first meeting with my fiancé and her a little over a month before the wedding and it was always evident to us how organized, professional, and good at planning she is. She also coordinated meetings with the venue, created a perfectly smooth timeline targeted to our preferences, and even shared her expertise when we were making final decisions. We were very pleased working with her until that point, but we really understood how lucky we were to have hired her on our wedding weekend. She organized our rehearsal and our wedding in such a flawless way that we didn’t have one worry in our minds for the whole weekend. She was diligent but kind when organizing our vendors and family members. She coordinated everything so both our venues (ceremony and reception) did everything exactly as we wanted, and she won both my fiancé’s and my family’s hearts with her amazing personality and hard work. We were incredibly pleased with all our vendors, and we wouldn’t have changed anything about our wedding, but our best decision was definitely hiring Kaitlyn. No one had such an immense impact as she did. Words can’t describe all she did for us but to mention some examples: she always had water bottles ready for me and my husband in the ceremony, and when we were taking pictures, she carried my veil while we walked through the St Augustine streets, she BOUGHT US SNACKS from Starbucks after the ceremony and didn’t even want us to venmo her, I was sick and had been losing my voice since the rehearsal dinner and she bought me a tea she had heard about on TikTok that saved my voice in time for the reception, she and her wonderful assistant Sam took the flowers for the grooms family in their car all the way to their Airbnb so they would have them in time for the pre-wedding photos, and they took all the cards and decorations to our hotel room after the reception, and many many other things I wouldn’t have time to finish mentioning. All I can say to finish is that you rarely find people as smart, professional, resourceful, organized, passionate about their work, person as Kaitlyn is, but above all she is a wonderful and kind hearted human being, whom we were tremendously blessed to have had as our wedding coordinator. We couldn’t recommend her enough and we are forever grateful for making our wedding day better than we could have imagined.”

My husband and I live across the country and Corey flexed his schedule so we could zoom with him after west coast working hours. I always knew I wanted a drummer with a DJ at my wedding and Corey not only made that happen but also brought his sax! Communication was A...timely and efficient. They have a very user-friendly app making it beyond easy to allocate song selections for each milestone moment throughout the day (including a 'do not play' list!). We had another zoom call with Corey a few weeks before the wedding where we talked through all the details...I am not lying when we were on the call for almost 2 hours where Corey answered any and all of our questions, offering unbiased advice when we asked for it. The audio the day of the wedding was perfect. We had an outdoor ceremony and Corey has grade A equipment and sound set up so everyone could hear us and the officiant perfectly. No static, no microphone feedback, nothing! We also had some specific music timing requests that Corey nailed. The dance portion of our wedding was truly epic. We had the drummer (which I HIGHLY recommend!) and Corey surprised us with his sax and it was show stopping! Corey helped make our wedding day run so smoothly. He was able to seamlessly guide our guests from location to location throughout the day. His emcee skills, calm demeanor, professional manner, and genuine care in making sure our day was perfect was something we'll never forget. We're almost a month out from our wedding day and guests will still tell us how much fun the dance floor was and what a great addition Corey was to our day! “Dana was the most incredible photographer I could have asked for. I've always been super shy in front of a camera, so I was nervous about looking awkward on my wedding day. But from our very first Zoom call, to our engagement session, and finally our wedding day, she made me feel completely comfortable. She is the ultimate hype person and brought such a positive, calming energy throughout the entire experience. She even helped make sure I had my drinks all night! When my necklace broke right before the ceremony, she immediately jumped into action and worked with my bridesmaid to fix it. When my veil fell off right before I walked down the aisle, I started feeling overwhelmed and Dana immediately reassured me and helped me feel calm again. Dana truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, even if it meant stepping outside of what we had originally planned. I appreciated her flexibility, kindness, and genuine care for us. She was always incredibly responsive to every message, and she brought our vision to life even better than I imagined. “When I say that our photos had us laughing, crying and screaming (in the most excited and happy way), I am not exaggerating. And the pictures were just part of it. Not only did Kylie deliver stunning galleries, but she curated a whole experience. Right from our first phone call, Kylie made us feel both excited and at ease, which was a theme throughout our time working with her. We had the pleasure of working with Kylie for both our engagement shoot and wedding. When she arrived to the engagement shoot, she brought allll the happy energy and creativity, despite it being like 6 AM on a chilly morning at the beach. She immediately made us feel more comfortable in front of the camera than I thought was possible, and then proceeded to ask us really thoughtful questions about what kind of posing we preferred, which meant a lot to us as a queer couple where assumptions could have been made… Kylie was incredibly quick with the editing and had our gallery back to us the next day, and our photos were literal treasures. She captured our personalities so well. They were a far cry from the stale, cookie-cutter engagement photos I see on instagram all the time. Before the wedding, Kylie provided two calls and made herself available for any questions that came up in between. She worked with our wedding planner to make sure our day-of timeline would run smoothly and that we’d get all the pictures we wanted. By the time the wedding came, we were excited to introduce all of our friends to Kylie and see what magic she would work. She was confident, calming and encouraging the whole day and even handled a delicate family dynamic beautifully. The photos she and her talented assistant, Jordan, delivered were incredible, and we got so many compliments from our friends and family. Booking Kylie was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I am so grateful we got to work with her!”
