After working in the food industry for years, I got fed up with the low quality of food and service that was being offered in the west Michigan area. I wanted to be able to provide creative and unique foods that are locally sourced and created from fresh ingredients from local farms and business. The way that we are able to provide amazing food is we have invested in a mobile kitchen to ensure your food is made to perfection on site, rather than being transported from A to B in hotboxes where quality is lost like most restaurants & caters.

The concept of Oceanique began aside the cool, clear waters of Barbados in 1995. Darlene was already actively marketing Barbados as a destination and offering destination event services. Oceanique was the connection to this already exciting venture. Christopher Wanke is the Owner-Operator at 3 Dudes & Dinner Catering. His passion in the hospitality industry started at the age of 14 when he began as a dishwasher for a local family restaurant. From these humble beginnings, Chris has climbed the industry ladder collecting invaluable experience along the way. He has operated both the production and customer oriented aspects of the industry. Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
