Welcome. In 1972, Paul Deiseroth built a commercial kitchen in the basement of the family’s home for his wife, Peg, to launch her catering business— The Fluted Mushroom. It was an apt name because the intricately carved mushroom exemplified the skill, beauty, and taste that Peg brought to Pittsburgh’s culinary scene. Today, thousands of weddings, corporate events, and private parties later, son Lee Deiseroth and his staff will bring that enduring style and sophistication to your next special event. Our goal is to create a uniquely you catering experience, which requires an understanding of your or your family’s personality and tastes.

Located in Lisbon, Ohio, the Barn at Pineridge is a rustic wedding venue. The modern conversion of the barn interior has created a romantic atmosphere that suits all manner of design tastes. The barn sits on 45 acres of beautiful scenery. Before becoming the wedding venue it is today, the property was known to locals as Pineridge or the YMCA. Ceremonies and receptions are welcomed to this barn setting.

Our distillery is housed in a 1906 carriage house built of Pennsylvania hardwood and steel. In 2019, we won a Pennsylvania Historic Preservation award for its striking, natural charm and our attention to authentic detail. Should your guest count exceed our recommended main floor seating, additional seating can be arranged in our balcony overlooking the ballroom, accessible via staircase. Alla Famiglia has evolved into a restaurant which is a representation of the years of formal culinary training of Mr.Vlasic and his family of Roman&Emilia descent.
