We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! I had done thorough research on purchasing real flowers and while price was our driving factor, I loved the element of saving on waste with renting and the option to purchase a keepsake! Brittany spent time talking to me so many times about questions I had and was incredibly patient! With the custom bouquet, I was able to upload inspiration photos and she NAILED it! The shipping process was so seamless as well. Brittany provided the tracking numbers and thorough instructions on receiving and then returning the flowers. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. “We loved the flowers we received from Pine And Petal Weddings! The flowers were priced about the same as normal flowers I would have ordered (maybe slightly less), but we got to keep these ones. They were shipped on time and got to our house just about a month before the wedding. The flowers on the wedding day still looked like they did when we unpacked them! They did a great job with taking my vision and making it happen with the flower arrangements. The flowers are of great quality too! I wish the communication was a little more clear, but it is just through a messaging platform. If I were to go back and do it over I would absolutely still pick them, but request to have a voice/video call to ensure I knew exactly what to order.”
