Best of Georgia Cupcakes Award 2025 Little Light Bakery and Caribbean Delights was founded by Suerence Marcelle in 2019. Suerence is a self-taught pastry chef who started baking as a hobby making candy apples and chocolate treats. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Suerence expanded her baking talents to display her Caribbean roots in some of her delicacies such as black cake and Caribbean pastries. A year later She expanded from treats to making pastries and designing wedding cakes. She prides herself in the artwork of her desserts and gourmet layered donuts.

We got a 3 tiered wedding cake and a UGA stadium cake which still has people asking where it is from, even a month from the wedding. I will be getting all of my cakes from here for rest of my life! “We had our wedding reception at a brewery and wanted some easy to eat sweet and salty snacks. These popcorn flavors were delicious, they sent us flavors to try before we decided. We chose 4 flavors and they shipped them right to our house. The popcorn buckets had our cute custom labels which they designed for us and looked PERFECT! We had tons of compliments on the popcorn. We ordered plenty and people were grabbing them to take home at the end of the night. A perfect snack after a few beers. Theu were very fast with the samples and the order too!”
