From the time she took over as of my day-of wedding planner, I felt supported and confident that I would have the best wedding day ever. We had weekly check-in video or phone calls until a month out from wedding day, and bi-weekly check-ins for the whole month before my wedding. She would always keep me in the loop with tasks she had completed and guided me with whatever tasks I needed to complete. The morning of the wedding my mom and sister were freaking out with anxiety and asking me, “Why aren’t you nervous?!” I replied, “What do I have to be nervous about?” Between the numerous variables being managed by Cheyenne, and seeing how she handled all of my vendors via phone and email leading up to the day, I really felt that I did not have to worry about a thing. My gut was right because the day was flawless and I was completely able to enjoy myself. And while I was able to enjoy myself, I was even happier that my husband could enjoy himself thanks to Cheyenne’s assistant. He helped my husband navigate the day without worrying about anything other than enjoying himself. My husband is a VERY picky man, so the fact that he was floored by Cheyenne’s services says a lot LOL. For that, I will be forever grateful. Our venue Saltwater Farm Vineyard is on a beautiful estuary and I was really hoping to cover both the nature and the important moments of our big day. The videographers were amazing to work with. They were both so kind, helpful, and made sure to capture every moment big or small. They had the groom and officiant properly mic’d up so they could capture every word. The teaser, the highlight reel, and the fully ceremony and speeches are incredible! They were able to capture all of our favorite moments. “Our experience with Maria was excellent! We were initially overwhelmed when trying to select a photographer for our interfaith wedding, but seeing Maria’s photos on her website made the decision easy. We really appreciated her style of photography - deep rich colors and focus on the couple. Other photographers seemed to have a lot of strange angles and washed out colors, which we were trying to avoid. Hiring Maria was a breeze. She is responsive by email and always happy to jump on a call when needed. Part of her package included engagement photos, which were extremely helpful when putting together our save the dates and website. She is intuitive, yet also did a good job of asking us for our preferences to confirm. The wedding day was also a breeze, and Maria documented all of our key moments without being intrusive at all. Maria’s turnaround times are excellent, and she was never late with delivering sneak peeks or the digital albums. Finally, we also worked with Maria on the final physical photo album. She was very flexible and allowed us to have multiple rounds of revisions. She was very accommodating even when we wanted to swap out many photos for more preferred variations. It was a lot of work and Maria did not hesitate to help us develop the perfect album. Overall my wife and I would highly recommend Maria for any event based on our experience working with her for our wedding. Thanks Maria!”
