A self-taught chef, I started a dinner business from my home in 2017, creating a homecooked meal for customers every night and delivering them myself. When Covid hit my business tripled and in December of 2020 I was able to open my own brick and mortar and continue to grow my business. Catering weddings and events was always in my plan, and it wasn't long before my calendar was booked. My team and I can cater events as small as 20 guests and as large as 200, from rehearsal dinners to cocktail hours with just a grazing table or plated dinners with a carving station. Meals are made fresh, from appetizers to main course, and are made with love.

Day of Details is not your ordinary wedding coordination company as we provide a special niche in the wedding industry. We put our time, energy, and expertise into ONE service for our couples and that is day-of coordination. We specialize in working with couples who’ve done the tough work of initial planning and need someone to execute everything on the day-of. We are here to guide you during your final months of planning and then coordinate and manage the vendors, details, and timelines on the day-of. You deserve the day of your dreams, and we are here to help make that happen!

We are a one-of-a-kind traveling camper bar. Our classic 1960 Forester is the perfect addition to transform your event into a unique affair. Let us bring happy hour to you. We will work together with you to coordinate your ideal event. Due to liquor licensing requirements, we are not able to obtain alcohol for your vent. You are therefore responsible for purchasing the liquor. We do the rest. We will arrive on site with our Vintage Cocktail Camper bar. Our experienced bar staff are passionate workers whose goal is to provide outstanding service from set up to clean up, ensuring a distinctive experience to be had by all.

The Helios Jazz Orchestra is an 19-piece modern jazz big band that plays swing, bebop, Latin jazz & funk. We have interesting themed programs including a spy music show and a Sinatra tribute. We perform with a variety of great local and national singers. If you want a smaller big band, we also offer the 9-piece Helios Swingtet.

I NEVER WANT SOMEONE TO FEEL THAT WAY ABOUT THEMSELVES. LIKE THEY DIDN'T EXIST IN A PERIOD OF TIME. ALL BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL THEY ARE. BECAUSE AS A WOMAN AND AS A MOM... Tampa Bay based pianist, Rod Keiser, has extensive experience in performing a variety of musical styles at a high level. He has performed as solo pianist and band member for nearly half a century. His experience ranges from his early solo classical piano recitals to gigging with rock legend Dickey Betts in the late 1960’s, to touring with the United States Air Force Band as a jazz pianist. Currently, Keiser maintains an active career as a solo pianist/keyboardist. As a soloist, he performs as a private party pianist in Tampa, FL. His clients range from brides for wedding festivities to repeat performances across South Florida.
