Our gorgeous venue includes two floors that are full of history that has been blended with modern design. This historic building started out in 1917 as a meat packing plant and has had many transformations. Since 2013 Arlington's has hosted events of every kind and we continue to grow in our excellence every year. Our expert event coordinators and staff will make sure your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, corporate event, fundraiser, or holiday party is as perfect as you can imagine! You can book either the smaller main floor space that allows up to 70 seated or 100 standing guests, or our larger top floor that allows 140 seated or 275 guests. Want the space entirely for your party? Book the entire venue for a truly spacious and unique setting for your special event! All of our events have private restrooms, free wifi, free parking, elevator access, full bars, sound systems, and delicious catering and drink menus.

Walnut Hall Estate is an all-inclusive wedding venue on 12 acres, offering an indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, separate bridal suite and grooms quarters, an indoor reception hall with a customizable bar package and two separate houses that collectively accommodate you, and up to 24+ of your overnight guests. Loveland Estates is located on 10 acres with a beautiful waterfront property, outdoor covered ceremony site and cocktail hour area. We are a one stop shop for fresh florals centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnières, decor and bar service. Full set-up and tear down included with use of decor services. We also offer a cocktail hour bar cart and a shuttle service for local hotel blocks or to our off site Loveland Home that sleeps up to 12 guests {located just 10 minutes away}. Our venue hosts up to 215 guests. 1 hour rehearsal, wooden cross back chairs, private bridal suite and grooms loft included in price. Tours offered throughout the week by appointment. Upon booking, we will send you a list of all of our favorite vendors, but we do not require to use them and you may choose your own caterer. We will be here for you every step of the way during planning and we also coordinate your big day so everything runs smoothly without any hitches. Well maybe only one “hitch”😉

Welcome to the Barn! The Barn at Woods Fort is located in historic Lincoln Co MO, among the rolling hills of the Woods Fort Golf Course. We are Missouri's hidden gem! The Barn is a wedding and event venue with 13,000 square feet of event space and a capacity of up to 500 guests. The Barn features two beautiful wedding suites , two state of art bars, a large dance floor, and plenty of room for a DJ or full band. When you book The Barn at Woods Fort, we include many amenities with your venue such as an outdoor ceremony area, table decor, linens and napkins of your color choice, and a day of coordinator to handle all of the details. We also include our Fountain View Room and Fireside Room, located in our Clubhouse, for all of the important days leading up to your wedding such as engagement parties, bridal showers, and dinner rehearsals.
