Out of this push/pull mindset, a sweets/treats brand was envisioned that allowed for a "once-in-a-while" cheat day, because we all need a well-deserved reward every now and then. Made fresh to order in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Cheat Day Sweets is a locally owned and operated small business that strives for the perfect sweet creation, each and every bake. Since 2010, we have been working with couples to create the perfect treats for their big day! Weddings are a milestone moment in life and making sure it has the sweetest touch is our passion. I am Amy smith, owner of beacon bakery bites. I grew up baking with my mom and spent years baking for all my kid's activities I reconnected with baking as a way to hold onto those memories. As more and more people asked me to sell them cookies, I started this small business. I look forward to bringing joy to people through cookies!

I have loved to create for others my whole life. So creating sweets for others and creating for a couple that is celebrating there big day to rejoice in there compassion and love for one another is a match made in heaven.

Golczynski got his start in chocolates about 25 years ago, when he would “escape” his real job owning a Grand Rapids catering company by heading to his basement chocolate room to experiment. Now, at Mokaya, they are hand-painting chocolates, creating original chocolate art, both in design and flavor combinations.
