Maile Cake Design is a marriage of my passion for the fine arts, baking and botanicals, with a touch of inspiration and flavors from the Hawaiian islands and my homeland, the Philippines. My cake designs are a close collaboration between my clients, thus making a fully customized made-to-order dessert that matches closely with their personalities and style. Very rarely do I repeat a design! My signature styles include palette knife work, free-flowing buttercream flowers, hand-painted, sugar and wafer paper flowers.
