"How long have you been doing photography" is a tricky question. I discovered a joy in photography during childhood. I built a foundation for photography in the darkroom during high school. I found a passion for photography when I began photographing music in 2009. Concert photos have a way of capturing energy and motion that just grabs you. Between the stage lights and the musicians it taught me how to capture passionate, uncontrollable situations. So I naturally progressed into weddings, where candid opportunities are endless. Where moments are organic, crazy, and last but a split second.

Growing up with my father's side of the family deeply involved in the wedding industry and having a mother who was a wedding photographer in her early years, the launch and success of Veil & Vine was a delightful surprise. It all began with a Nikon D3500 capturing family moments and a dabbling in wedding coordination. Initially a means to supplement my income during my pursuit of a master's degree in counseling, it transformed into a full-time career. Keeping the original name and character throughout, the space has been renovated into a wedding and event space perfect for your next event! Located on Main Street and Exposition Avenue near Downtown Dallas. The venue opened in 2017 and is operated by a mom and two daughters that created this space specifically for special events. The high ceilings, industrial vibe and high-end finish out lend itself to styles both simple and elegant and everything in between.
