Milliken Manor sits right at the foot of Mount Monadnock and hosts incredible mountain views. With numerous event venues and weekend long rental, you can host as many events as you would like! The Manor is rich with history, and is in a beautiful, luxurious condition. It features a large eat in kitchen, formal dining room, ample sitting rooms, 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower, a game room and swimming pool. The 2500 square foot barn is renovated to perfection with classy gold lighting features, a built in bar and large picture windows. Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here. All of the event spaces include tables and chairs!

Mountain View Stables sits on 70 private acres in Loudon Our 30 x 80 barn has many floor plan options and can seat up to 80 guests, with additional seating benches throughout, tables and chairs included. 2 beautifully decorated bridal suites, bar, coffee station, fire pit with bistro lighting, fire wood included, pond, brook, maintained pasture to accommodate any size tent (not included) for larger events, yard games, tree swing, antique tractor and more. With our featured Mountain View ceremony site w/ 10 sixteen foot long benches and arbor included, just a few minutes up a scenic gravel road. This property has so much to offer. Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

Kathy and John chased a dream to move to Vermont and start a farm, having had careers as science teachers in the Philadelphia area. Kathy had attended University of Vermont, fell in love with the state, and vowed to return one day. John left teaching to take his lifelong organic gardening passion to the next level. They looked at a number of farms across southern Vermont, and when they found the Farm at Williams River House, they knew they had found someplace really special – a front row view of Fox Chair Mountain, verdant green hayfields, timeless stone walls and split rail fences, and a stately home dating back to the time of our nation’s founding! They were home, and they wanted to share this magical and romantic space with others.

Let our beautiful 400-acre farm be the backdrop to your picturesque Vermont wedding or event. Our raw venue site sits on the side of a mountain, looking back across our family farm’s valleys, fields, and mountains. The site is located on the mountain across from our farmhouse and the area was made to accommodate a large event tent, it is approximately a 60’x200’ area. In addition to our venue site, we also have multiple possible ceremony locations available. Our farm is only a short drive from beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont, allowing accessible lodging for any guests traveling to help you celebrate your special day. With the help of our local and trusted vendors, we can help you create your Vermont dream wedding with our beautiful family farm as your priceless backdrop.
