Our goal is a perfect wedding & a fun reception. Although we have seated 115 comfortably in our space, we have noticed that 100 & less seem to be the best fit here. What our couples love most about Rocky Meadow? Our bridal suite...it's to die for. It's huge and it's beautiful, it always receives "ooh's & ah's"! Our decor room, this room cannot only decorate your entire wedding, but WE do the decorating for you when you purchase this add-on, saving you around $1500 to $2000. Tucked away alongside a little cozy stream, Rick’s Place offers several beautiful shade trees, providing the most blissful country setting. The facility is a “barn style” building that sits a quarter mile off the road, consisting of 160 acres of gorgeous hay meadows and cattle pastures. Majestic scenery permits guests picture-perfect back drops. Our 5,000 sq. ft. barn is perfect for catering large events. Whereas, capacity is fitting for smaller functions too. Rick’s Place offers an ultimate balance between rustic and class, while providing opportunities to host indoor/outdoor events. If the weather is ideal, then we highly suggest you open up our three glass garage doors connecting to a spacious fully covered back porch. The setting is simply breath taking. Located in Coweta just on the edge of Broken Arrow, this lovely country setting is the precise location for Reunions, Private Parties, Weddings, Receptions, Bridal and Baby Showers, Anniversaries, and Company Meetings or Retreats.

The Barn at Coal Creek is located in Northeastern Oklahoma and sits on 25 acres of farmland and can accommodate up to 200 guests. It's set off of Highway 69 on the outskirts of Wagoner, Oklahoma, heading south toward Muskogee. There are two on-site suites, as well as hotel accommodations less than 10 minutes away. With a full kitchen and bar area, we can meet every need for a variety of events. It's a peaceful spot, but not too far from the city. Our venue has a spacious 3,200-square-foot for reception all heated and cooled with a capacity of up to 250 guests. For the outdoor enthusiasts, our covered pavilion provides a stunning setting for your ceremony. One feature we offer is to extend your celebration with a luxurious overnight stay in our exclusive bridal and groom suite.

The heart of this estate is its large ranch-style barn structure. Characterized by its stonework exterior, it features large doors crafted from caramel-toned wood. Inside, you will find get-ready suites where you can prepare for your special day in total tranquility. The barn is situated right by a lake where you can hold a charming outdoor ceremony. Exchange your vows against a backdrop of forestry and still waters, making for a beautiful snapshot of the moment you say, “I do”. Alternatively, you can choose to hold your service inside the barn itself. At its very heart is a spacious event hall, ideal to host both your ceremony and reception. A glass wall makes up the back of the building, allowing natural light to set your event aglow. Nods to its pastoral style can be found in the exposed beams and trusses.
