Tal Cohen started her catering business, Ba-Li Cravings in 2014. But her love and passion for baking started when she was as young as 5. Tal would find herself exploring in the kitchen and baking on her own as a young child, and later volunteered to make all of the food and desserts for family gatherings. Tal always cooked and baked and found inspiration in the kitchen. She fell in love with the art of baking, cooking and crafting a different meal experience altogether. in 2015 Tal build her own com mercial kitchen, painted blue, and ever since that is where she can be found.

When I'm not behind the camera I'm hiking, fly fishing and doing yoga. I'll use any excuse to head north to the Adirondacks. (Eagle Bay donuts is my favorite incentive for a day trip.) I'm on my way to becoming a licensed yoga instructor. I'm obsessed with how my hair smells after a day in the woods. If you can relate, we'll probably be best friends. I live with my amazing fiancé, Alex, and we have two kids who are way cooler than we are. We also have FIVE cats and two dogs. These wood flowers come from the root of the tapioca plant and balsa wood tree bark. The wood is then shaved and crafted to look like flowers. They are then dyed and arranged. Wood flowers are eco friendly and never wilt, they can even be scented. Wood flowers are slightly less expensive than fresh flowers but they should be looked at as an investment. They are a great option for when out of season florals are not available and are everlasting. My services include wood florals and signage for weddings/events and home decor along with event design and day of setup.
