You could tell she cared about making our day special rather than just getting another slot filled. They didn’t make any moves without making sure it was okay with us first and they kept the party going. Not only that but they even got us a wedding present the day of. It was completely unexpected but extremely kind. If it couldn’t get any better, Jaee even reached out a month later to wish us a happy 1 month of marriage. “Working with S&LM was pretty good. They communicated to me closer to the event, and asked me for everything they needed and more. The pictures I have seen so far look great, and the small video I have seen looked good as well. They made sure I got almost all of the specific photos I wanted, and had a take-charge attitude while photographing, and making sure everyone was in the right place and looking great! The DJs were pretty good, but didn't know all the specific songs we mentioned that we wanted played for certain dances/moments. They also didn't announce the first dance until they were hitting the play button, which threw our choreography off until we asked them to restart! Unfortunately, some people missed our dance because they didn't know that it was happening. It still worked out in the end, and all the right songs were played at the right moments. All in all, I would definitely recommend Lights & Sound Media to prospective couples.”
