Best of Georgia Cupcakes Award 2025 Little Light Bakery and Caribbean Delights was founded by Suerence Marcelle in 2019. Suerence is a self-taught pastry chef who started baking as a hobby making candy apples and chocolate treats. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Suerence expanded her baking talents to display her Caribbean roots in some of her delicacies such as black cake and Caribbean pastries. A year later She expanded from treats to making pastries and designing wedding cakes. She prides herself in the artwork of her desserts and gourmet layered donuts.
