Our vision for FireFly began 13 years ago and we searched all around our hometown area for a barn to fit our vision. This turned out to be IT: a beautiful dairy barn built in the 1940's! We've kept its rustic and authentic vibe alive and added a lot of flair. It's a happy place to be!

Juliane James Place is a wedding venue and vacation rental carved into the middle of the woods in the middle of Minnesota. Weddings are really fun at Juliane James Place. And that makes us really happy. We are an inclusive, welcoming space with a history of diverse ceremonies. Most folks have dogs or love them dearly. We've even had a cat, named Scuttle, on hand for a wedding. It's a space guests can't really imagine until they arrive, that they don't want to leave at the end of the night.

Each of the mansions were built at the start of the 20th century by some of Duluth’s most prominent community members and have been tastefully updated for modern conveniences while honoring their history. Host your Bridal Shower at The Salyards Mansion, a beautiful Dutch Colonial situated on 2 sprawling acres. The grand brick GG Barnum Mansion with it’s 3 season porch is an ideal location for your Rehearsal Dinner with its 40 person harvest dinner table. And the crown jewel of them all, the opulent Cotton Mansion, an Italian Renaissance style mansion, this is the perfect location for you to be surrounded by your loved ones as you say “I do”.

Surrounded by fields and forests, the Braham Event Center is a modern banquet hall with rustic decor on the outside and a modern, open floor plan on the inside. Our main feature is our large window with a view to beautiful birch trees, perfect for ceremonies in addition to receptions. The center can host parties of up to 400 people, with a large lobby and a library which serves as the bridal suite. Our on-site caterer, Kathy’s Kitchen, provides delicious and affordable meals. Kathy's Kitchen specializes in cooking from scratch and we enjoy the chance to customize to fit a price point or a favorite meal or side dish. The Braham Event Center is located one hour north of Minneapolis and St. Paul, just off Highway 65 on the outskirts of Braham, Minnesota, minutes away from Pine City, Rush City, Mora, and Cambridge, and is conveniently located between Duluth and the Twin Cities.

Catalyst is a brand new, modern venue that immerses you in nature, yet boasts all of the modern amenities that you crave for a luxury wedding. Located in Nisswa, MN we have 14 wooded acres on Clark Lake with 2,200 feet of shoreline, a private beach, and a private island. The venue holds up to 225 and includes a reception room, indoor ceremony room, outdoor ceremony site, two-story lobby, two getting ready suites, an outdoor patio, and more!  Construction is well underway and we are currently booking weddings for Sept 2022 and beyond.
