It’s the perfect blend of moody industrial and historic chic. As of October 2023 we are undergoing a refresh that includes sparkling chandeliers and uplighting, a new grand foyer & lounge and of course, the urban garden that allows guests to enjoy the energy of High Street while wrapped in lush greenery and twinkling café lights. The remodel will be complete in June 2024 and we are now accepting bookings! Your choice of venues, The Gardens at Jorgensen Farms and Oak Grove, rest on opposite sides of the property, with our working family farm nestled at the heart. The Gardens boast a floral, whimsical landscape with stunning meadows and sweeping views of natural beauty. Oak Grove is home to our historical, twentieth century greenhouse, offering a magical, ambient setting, surrounded by glass and natural light.

Heritage Golf Club offers a great place to hold a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or bridal shower. Makoy Center is a full-service wedding venue located in Hillard, Ohio. For over 35 years, this family-owned business has collaborated with engaged couples to design weddings that embody all of the wonderful emotions that come with saying “I do”. Couples can host grand receptions of up to 400 guests at this magnificent venue with an outdoor ceremony garden option, in house food and beverage options, and ample free parking. Outside catering is not permitted at this venue. With three different room sizes covering 30,000 square feet, host a celebration of any size and style. The Emerald Room elegance starts with modern vaulted ceilings, wood dance floor, and custom event lighting. Built with a French art deco design, the Burgundy Room is perfect for your energetic reception. Jefferson Country Club is a truly private, member-owned club dedicated to total member satisfaction. Come to experience our world class championship Golf Course designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. This course inspires and challenges the accomplished golfer while offering several tee locations for players of all skill levels. Avid and occasional golfers alike will enjoy the ability to play whenever their schedules allow. Our 18-hole masterpiece was designed in 1992. The links-style, front nine uses Scottish design principles and strongly defined shot values. The back nine terrain is a distinctively classic, American design.

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.
