Hi! I'm Tracy! I honed my bartending skills 20 years ago in Las Vegas, NV, and began working weddings & corporate events 6+ years ago. After moving back to NH (home), I decided to bring Las Vegas experience and precision mixed with New England hospitality to the wedding and event scene. I love nothing more than working with couples to make sure their cocktail dreams for their big day are brought to life. I truly give 100% for my clients, and I work hard to make sure that the bar service is not only exceptional, but that it feels like you're spending time with old friends. Previously managing bars and restaurants in both southern Maine and Chicago, Spencer founded On The Rocks Bar Company in 2024.
