These rock n’ rollers have opened for The Goo Goo Dolls, Maroon 5, Kansas, and played sold out shows for packed audiences. They now perform over 75 weddings and private events every year as a full band, duo/trio and jazz events.

Shades of Gray is a popular 6-piece dance band from Richmond, VA. We play a huge variety of music guaranteed to get your guests — even the shy ones — up on the dance floor and having a great time! Our group consists of two dynamic female vocalists backed by seasoned pros on drums, keys, guitar, and bass. We can also add a great sax player to the mix, if desired. In five short years, Bumper Jacksons grew from a duo to a brassy seven-piece, with horns and pedal steel. They’ve been honored multiple times as the Mid-Atlantic’s “Artist of the Year” & “Best Traditional Band” at the Washington Area Music Awards. Guitarist Tyler Fitzpatrick first fell in love with the guitar at age twelve. Though he spent time teaching himself, Tyler has been fortunate to study with many of the best teachers available. After developing a solid foundation with Roger, Tyler began studying with Damon Foreman in order to pursue Jazz. While studying Jazz, Tyler has also been able to work with Jeff Antoniak; Steve Rochinski, head of Berklee’s harmony department; Kenny Rittenhouse; Mike Pope, and many others.

Harp music adds a touch of sophistication to any event. With years of experience performing for hundreds of weddings, parties and other special events, Melissa caters to your musical wishes to provide the lavish and elegant atmosphere you've been dreaming about for your special day. Melissa can perform in a variety of settings as a soloist or with duos, trios and other ensembles. She has performed for countless events in the Washington DC area.

Jeff Hayes has been playing the piano in the metropolitan Washington DC area since the 1980s. He has played solo piano at the area’s finest hotels and clubs. Jeff has played for conventions, fundraisers, and every type of celebration imaginable. Jeff’s repertoire runs the gamut from classical and movie themes to current popular hits. “From Fauré to Fallout Boy” as he likes to say. In addition to his solo work, Jeff is a fine accompanist and works with classical and pop singers and musical theatre groups. He currently accompanies the Sapphires, Bethesda Little Theatre, and Mini-Musicals on the Move.

Louis Jones is professional, experienced, and a versatile musician whose repertoire embraces different genres including jazz standards, pop ballads, funk/soul, latin, and modern tunes adapted to his unique style. He is available for corporate and private functions, birthday parties, weddings, special occasions, and receptions.

Monikais a professional harpist in Washington DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia where she is in demand as a performer and teacher. Current teaching appointments include the Levine School of Music, and the Concord Hill School. She maintains a private harp studio in her home and directs the Maryland Classic Youth Harp Ensemble at Strathmore Hall. Monika is a regular coach for the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras and Young Artists of America, also at Strathmore. She serves on the board of directors at Young Artists of America.

Benjamin played at the Hampton University Graduation where President Obama was the guest speaker. He has played at several venues in the Hampton, Virginia area to include the Hampton Coliseum. Benjamin returned to the Washington, DC area to continue his musical career. Currently, Benjamin plays the cello at various venues around the Washington metropolitan area to include Chinatown, Georgetown, Eastern Market, and Dupont Circle. He is a cellist with the Sanctified Symphony Orchestra; and the Cellist in the musical, the Cortical Titanic.

Tiffany Rose is blessed to come from a gifted musical family. Her mother, Gail Shanta, is an accomplished harpist and has been playing in the DC area for over 30 years. Tiffany grew up playing for special occasions with Gail, and they add that special charm to an event, as a mother/daughter duo. In addition, Tiffany’s sister, Katie Shanta, is an accomplished violinist with a music degree from George Mason University. Tiffany and Katie have performed together for many weddings, as well as with their mother as a trio. The Shanta Family at its best!

Cristian began taking piano lessons at the age of 5, but did not find his true passion until he picked up the guitar in his mid-teens after being inspired by rock groups from Argentina. Self-taught on guitar, he gravitated towards classical guitar after moving to the U.S. in 2002. Encouraged to pursue music by his high school teacher Ken Hall, Cristian met Paraguayan guitarist extraordinaire Berta Rojas, under whom he studied privately for two years.
