“I had the most beautiful bouquet for my City Hall civil ceremony, but no firm plans for the bouquet post-wedding. My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. I'd highly recommend her services to preserve a piece of your special day.”

We hired Kris because this was a destination wedding for us and we needed help with locating vendors and wanted to feel like we had someone that we could work with in the area that was familiar with the industry and able to coordinate day of for us. I had my initial call with Kris and immediately felt comfortable and listened to with any questions or concerns I had with planning. She offered us different vendors for catering, rentals, dj and cake. She setup up tastings and meetings with all vendors making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every vendor we went with. Kris went above and beyond being CCd on every email and on every call. She provided quick and accurate information throughout the planning process. We ran into issues with our venue along the way and Kris was right there beside us helping us and working through it. However trusting Kris after working with her leading up to the big day I knew she was going to do all she could to bring my vision to life and make the best decisions for our wedding. “Obviously the best part of our wedding was marrying my wife (!!) but a close runner up was getting to know and work with Amanda! In addition to being an excellent photographer, she is just a charming, lovely, and warm person who is a genuine pleasure to be around. Having Amanda as our photographer felt like we had an extra friend at the wedding! She went above and beyond her professional obligations to make a comfortable atmosphere for all our guests and made a specific effort ahead of the wedding to get to know us and our preferences. During the wedding planning stages she even helped us out by giving advice on her knowledge of venues as we were looking for one and helped us figure out timings and order of events for the day of the wedding! During the cocktail hour my bustling for my dress accidentally ripped out and Amanda and her wife took it upon themselves to help me fix it alongside my wedding party members, which was so kind of them and a perfect example of the kind of person Amanda is. My wife is not terribly comfortable in front of cameras but Amanda did an excellent job of making them feel relaxed and natural as the subject of photography rather than the one behind the camera. Our wedding party members, friends, and family had nothing but positive things to say about her to us after the wedding, and we were especially impressed with her quick turnaround time on sending us previews of the wedding photos. Amanda’s assistant Rylan took the photos for our sangeet the night before our wedding and did an admirable job of adapting to the chaos of a mostly-unstructured event. He graciously accommodated unscheduled requests for family group photos even though we had initially asked him to come to capture mostly candids. When a double rainbow appeared during sunset he made sure to capture photos of us with it!”

Smooth Like Clyde (SLC) is Central PA's hottest, award-winning cover band! We bring the party to every wedding we play! As a diverse, 5-piece band, we cover hits from the 70's to today including Funk, R&B, Hip-Hop, Rock, Pop and Country. Planning is important, so we work closely with couples to put together an agenda for your day and make your wedding day experience perfect and hassle free! We can provide MC services and DJ services for cocktail hour, dinner and the reception. Additionally, we can provide live sound for the wedding ceremony if it's outdoors or in a building that doesn't provide you with audio reinforcement.

My name is Kasie and my husband Dan and I photograph weddings together in an adventurous and candid way to capture all your memories. We love letting you focus on your special day and showing the story of your day through our photos.

“My only regret is not writing my review and a public THANK YOU to Kasie and her husband, Dan, sooner (I'm so sorry!!). My husband and I got married on 1/3/25 and I was a nervous wreck of a bride. I very much fell into all the pressure of other people's opinions of what I should/shouldn't do for my wedding and my wedding photos…but Kasie was an exceptional listener. Through conversations upon my first booking with Kasie, I told her exactly what I was expecting for my wedding day (we didn't want a first look or first touch) and she took note. Included were engagement photos and she made it feel so easy and fun, and her excitement fueled us and made us more comfortable. As we got closer to the big day, we had more conversations and I filled out a very detailed questionnaire of what we want, and who we want for specific photos. In the questionnaire, I mentioned how we would do a first touch (yep - you guessed it, I folded to the pressure) and went into details there. We had a phone call based on the questionnaire and she asked point blank, 'do you want to do a first touch or do you feel like you have to do a first touch?' I fumbled and said that I feel like I need to do one and her response was, "Perfect! Then we're not doing one!" THE RELIEF!!!!!! I felt like she was the strength that I lacked during the pressure of wedding planning - I couldn't be more grateful for her. WEDDING DAY??? She and Dan knocked it out of the park well before we even received a sneak peak of our photos. Their excitement, professionalism, and their way of wrangling our massive families for quick (and beautiful) photos…my mom wouldn’t stop raving about how amazing and pleasant they were all day. I felt sadness when they said their goodbyes. Kasie - a huge thank you to you. You are an amazing person and an amazing photographer who truly captures those candid, genuine, real moments so beautifully. Dan - thanks for being such a great hype man and working with Dylan (LOL). Dylan and I talk about how happy we were with you two and we had so much fun. We hope to stay in touch! Quick Snapshot of Services: - Sneak peek photos arrive in 24hrs (they're gorge) - Full Engagement/Wedding photos arrive about 4 weeks after event - Kasie limits her bookings for this reason...so she can spend time editing without rushing which allows for quick turnaround.”
