“I’m at that age where it is absolute wedding season, so I am somewhat of a self proclaimed expert on this… BUT… I recently attended a wedding where not only did every cocktail hour appetizer absolutely melt in my mouth, but for my dinner filet was legitimately cooked perfectly (medium rare) and tasted like true fine dining! Let’s face it, steak at weddings is often either flavorless, or way overcooked… this somehow was on par with some of the best steakhouses around. I wish Coterie was around when we were needing catering for our wedding, sheesh! If you want Michelin level food at your wedding, you have found the place.”
