Chantilly Cakes began in 2013 with a simple love for creating something beautiful and delicious to celebrate life’s biggest moments. Today, that passion has grown into a fully women-owned and operated bakery where every cake is a true team collaboration. Our talented cake artists bring their own creativity, skill, and heart to each design, working together to make sure every couple’s vision comes to life in the most meaningful way. For us, it’s never “just cake.” We will be genuinely honored to create something that will be part of a moment you’ll remember forever.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Hello! I'm Jane Kwong. I am a PhD Candidate in Biology and the Cake Artist. Both of these being my passions. I have been a baker for more than 10 years now. I was introduced to the art after I graduated high school by taking some mother-daughter classes.
