E is short for Erin who has loved to bake since her grandma first tied her apron strings when she was little! Her husband Allen is often busy behind the scenes, building display pieces, keeping track of inventory, taste testing (quality control!), and delivering the goods.

Erin was incredible to work with from start to finish, her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful, and she truly brought our vision to life with the design. We chose to do a combination of wedding cake, donuts, and mini cheesecakes, and every single item was a hit. The standout favorite was the strawberry crunch mini cheesecakes, they were completely gone within TWO minutes at our 150-person wedding! We’re still hearing from guests about how amazing the desserts were and asking who made them. Not only did everything look beautiful, but the taste was just as unforgettable.
