Melissa Cookston, BBQ Hall of Famer and television personality most notably on Netflix's Barbecue Showdown, is happy to announce the relaunch of her catering company, Green Tomato Catering. Melissa has catered many world-class events all over the US, including a plated dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. Melissa is of course known for barbecue but can cater any cuisine, especially southern and Italian favorites. She and her daughter, Lauren, recently studied at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove.
