The event sales managers and staff are so PROFESSIONAL and WONDERFUL. The venue is GORGEOUS. The event sales managers actually attend your event, which is a nice personal touch that other hotels/venues don't offer. I've personally worked with 2 of the event sales managers, and I have to say both went above and beyond my expectation to ensure our events were "perfect". The American Legion Post 177 was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the initial in-person contract meeting to the rest of our communication via phone and email, the staff was responsive and helpful every step of the way. They provided us with the best value around for a wedding venue. They even gave us extra space to set up a fun photo booth for our guests, which was a huge hit. This was my third time renting the venue, and the food was consistently good - my guests loved the BYOB option. They also accommodated my request to have a live band perform. The pricing was very reasonable, making this an ideal choice for our special day.

Kate and all the Viceroy staff were awesome and available to guide as we hosted a small, socially distance and intimate wedding reception. She was always available and flexible. She is the most awesome ambassador for the Viceroy hotels. The hotel was new and well maintained and we loved the outdoor patio where we held our reception. If you are looking a place to host a small outdoor wedding and or reception definitely consider the Viceroy. They heard our concerns and made sure our safety and the safety of our guests was paramount. The food was amazing, definitely try the chicken sandwich!

Throughout the process, Liliana was so professional: warm and welcoming, communicative, addressed any and all questions, followed up after any meetings promptly, and on the day was FANTASTIC to work with.
