We had the pleasure of working with wedding coordinator Halie Valada for our May 9 2025 wedding; she’s always smiling, so positive, and helpful! We had a dietary request for a no garlic and onion vegetarian dish. Executive chef Daron Lee designed a special vegetarian dish- Meyers lemon wild arugula ricotta ravioli- it was a hit! The location is excellent for out-of-town guests and convenient as it is close to metro and Dulles. It is next to Tysons 1 so it is close to shops and restaurants and entertainment - one less thing for us to plan. Our guest left an envelope at the front desk for us and it’s still there after a week, this shows incredible organization and respect to the guests’ belongings. We also got hotel points so we will be spending it at a Hyatt regency in Switzerland for our honey moon!

The American Legion Post 177 was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the initial in-person contract meeting to the rest of our communication via phone and email, the staff was responsive and helpful every step of the way. They provided us with the best value around for a wedding venue. They even gave us extra space to set up a fun photo booth for our guests, which was a huge hit. This was my third time renting the venue, and the food was consistently good - my guests loved the BYOB option. They also accommodated my request to have a live band perform. The pricing was very reasonable, making this an ideal choice for our special day.

Rather than everyone waiting in a line for drinks, it was a quick pour and the patrons could spend more time conversing and enjoying the vehicles they worked so hard on to showcase. We had our December wedding at the Park Hyatt and it was perfect. Working with Ildiko was a breeze - we didn't hire a separate wedding planner, and Ildiko was able to run the day and helped to make many of the decisions leading up to the event. Everyone at the Park Hyatt is professional and made the day wonderful -- I was thoroughly impressed every step of the way. The food, to be expected, was phenomenal.

Kate and all the Viceroy staff were awesome and available to guide as we hosted a small, socially distance and intimate wedding reception. She was always available and flexible. She is the most awesome ambassador for the Viceroy hotels. The hotel was new and well maintained and we loved the outdoor patio where we held our reception. If you are looking a place to host a small outdoor wedding and or reception definitely consider the Viceroy. They heard our concerns and made sure our safety and the safety of our guests was paramount. The food was amazing, definitely try the chicken sandwich!
