Featuring a spacious and flexible event space, WAREHOUSE: 109 meets the need for an interesting venue to host your next event. Our space provides many unique vignettes; including a gallery of antique motorcycles, a vintage bar, and a 1958 Airstream turned into a lounge. WAREHOUSE 109 will assist you throughout your special event and there will be a venue manager on-site.

Our gorgeous venue includes two floors that are full of history that has been blended with modern design. This historic building started out in 1917 as a meat packing plant and has had many transformations. Since 2013 Arlington's has hosted events of every kind and we continue to grow in our excellence every year. Our expert event coordinators and staff will make sure your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday party, corporate event, fundraiser, or holiday party is as perfect as you can imagine! You can book either the smaller main floor space that allows up to 70 seated or 100 standing guests, or our larger top floor that allows 140 seated or 275 guests. The Hobson is the premiere wedding and event space in the heart of Downtown Kokomo, Indiana. The Hobson is housed in the former City Building in downtown Kokomo. The Richardsonian Romanesque style building was built in 1893, and has undergone an intricate, stunning renovation. The third floor now houses the breathtaking two-story ballroom, holding up to 175 guests. The handsomely-constructed bar connects the ballroom to the lounge area, adorned with vintage-inspired William Morris wallpaper and bold brass fixtures. Day-of coordination services are offered with every package to ensure you are a guest at your own event. The Mt. Zion Convention Center is a multipurpose meeting and convention facility located in the newly constructed Mt. Zion Village East building along State Highway 121. Modern in design and technology, the Convention Center will serve Mt. Zion and our surrounding community as a destination for local and regional events. It has a grand ballroom that can be divided into three smaller rooms as well as three other small meeting rooms. The mission of the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts is to create an environment where all forms of artistic expression are appreciated, encouraged, and seen as a contribution to the quality of life in our community. Construction on the Lake Springfield Postal Club began in the early 1940s. Post office employees donated over 50,000 hours on weekends, evenings and days off to complete the building. A team of horses and a sliding bucket were used to dig out the basement. The Postal Club officially opened in 1948. The total construction cost was approximately $15,000. In 2005, there were only two of the original Postal Club members left. In 2000 the Postal Club merged with the Springfield Firefighters Local 37. In 2001 the firefighters burned down the original Postal Club to make way for a new building. The new club was completed in 2002. The total construction cost was $3.6 million. The clubhouse is surrounded by 5 acres of woods, with boathouses, docks, beaches, parking lot, sidewalks, bandstand, and much more.
