When I’m not behind the lens, I’m spending time with my husband, who’s an Army warrant officer, our two kids, a dog, and a cat. I’m a bookworm at heart, a *The Office* enthusiast, and I’ve been known to keep things light with a sarcastic comment or twelve. My name is Shawn S. Shepard and welcome to triplesshots.com! A place where visionary photography is in full focus. I'm a budding photographer specializing in weddings, maternity, and portraiture. I also enjoy shooting events, concerts, parties and other gatherings. My style is eclectic. I thrive in photojournalism (basically I blend into the wall and capture things just as they happen) and, because of my love of people, I enjoy posing people and creating fun, and interesting concepts. I take a collaborative approach to every project and work closely with my clients to make sure their dreams and visions come to life.

I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based out of Franklinton, North Carolina (the cutest little town outside of Raleigh). I grew up in Georgia and spent the best 4 years of my life at Appalachian State University getting a degree in Commercial Photography. After I graduated, I knew I wanted to pursue photography full-time and the rest is history. I aspire to be more than a vendor on your big day. I love creating special relationships and capturing moments filled with love and excitement from the couple right after the ceremony. Every wedding is special to me and I try to make your day as stress free as possible!

Railyard Media started as an idea when one of our owners was deployed with the U.S. Army. Since that day, Railyard Media has grown to be a team of passionate photographers and videographers.
