Overall, we had a good experience with this bar service, especially during the planning process. Skye was our main point of contact and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and truly made the entire process easy and stress-free. She even went above and beyond by organizing our glassware rentals so we didn’t have to worry about it, which we really appreciated.
On the wedding day itself, the drinks were fantastic — beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests really enjoyed them. However, we were disappointed with the bartender’s demeanor. While David was efficient, he did not come across as friendly or happy to be there. He was short with guests and at times came off as standoffish or rude, which stood out at a wedding where you’d hope for a more cheerful and sociable presence. Several guests actually commented to us about his attitude, which was disappointing.
That said, the quality of the drinks and the incredible support from Skye are why we’re still leaving a strong review. With more consistent guest-facing service, this company could easily be a 5-star experience.”
