Jo-hanna, the owner of JoHenna Design and commonly known as Joey, is best known for her intricate henna designs, paintings, and drawings. She has lived in Indianapolis most of her life and is a self-taught artist. Joey enjoys creating complex designs in many different mediums including: henna art, pen and ink drawings, acrylic paintings, watercolor paintings as well as decorating pillows, mugs, bags, shoes, etc. ​

My ultimate goal is to ensure that everyone who sits in my chair will feel beautiful at the end of her luxury service and make their day memorable. In 2019 I decided to take Simply Blue to the next level and opened up my first full service salon, in Indianapolis Indiana. I now travel back and forth between Florida and Indiana fulfilling my passion in makeup artistry.
