Our Story Hello everyone. We are Matthew & Penny Garofalo, a husband and wife videography team based near Pittsburgh. We met during our time at Kent State University, fell in love shortly thereafter, and have been enjoying life together ever since. We married in an intimate elopement on the first day of Spring, 2018 and not long after celebrated our marriage among our closest family and friends. When we aren’t filming, we enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and snuggling our cats, Doug & Momo, and our pup, Halle.

Operating out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Aaron Woods Productions is a professional videography studio that specializes in the creation of wedding films. Aaron is a down-to-earth individual with a passion for people and helping them capture their memories forever. This expert utilizes some of the leading industry equipment to ensure each event is documented in the highest possible quality. Through his innate talent for visual storytelling, Aaron aims to showcase his clients’ big day in a romantically cinematic fashion.

Our venue offers exceptional spaces for an exclusive event for both the bride and groom, with three ceremony locations to choose from, cocktail hour around the pool and an exquisite fabric-lit ceiling inside a beautiful wedding white tent for your reception! Additionally, there are numerous spots for stunning couple formal photos and perfect golden hour shots. The bride can enjoy a beautifully decorated bridal suite complete with chandeliers and styling chairs for hair and makeup. The groom has access to a chalet house and a man cave for relaxation and fun, including yard games. We also offer a day-before option where you can arrive at 12 noon, hang out by the pool, or decorate the tent. Our goal is to ensure a stress-free event, and we provide dedicated staff to make sure everything runs smoothly. Experience our venue as your home, with accommodations for up to 25 people, so there’s no need to drive anywhere once you arrive.

Edgewood Events, LLC, is owned and operated by Sara, Sr. Event Coordinator and Décor Designer. Sara has had experience coordinating over 100 weddings and numerous events including showers, benefits, rehearsal dinners, and holiday parties. She has spent most of her time working within the industry gaining experience and learning numerous aspects of events. Sara started Edgewood Events with the intent to not only bring joy and memorable events to her clients, but to also provide affordable services for your event. Allow us to be multiple vendors in one or customize to the needs of your event.

I have been involved with photography all my life. When language was a barrier, I relied on the medium to tell a story while studying in Europe & earned a BFA from the University of Arizona majoring in photography. My past experiences include the Department Head of Photography at a career school in the Pittsburgh area. I learned a ton of technical knowledge while working at commercial & retail photo studios as well as custom photo labs. I reside in N. Huntingdon with my wife, Heather and our son, Emmett. They are both a constant source of inspiration & support.

The Stables at Connoquenessing was originally built in 1928 as part of the Spang Estate. During the 1950s, peacocks, chickens, ducks, and geese could be found roaming the portion of the property that is now occupied by a covered patio, well-kept landscaping, and ample green space that creates a beautiful natural setting for all of your future events.
