From the start Sarah took time to get to know us as a couple, to ensure our wedding day reflected who we are. Sarah was always 10 steps ahead, thinking about every little detail of our special day. Her organization was extremely impressive to see first hand. Even the vendors we spoke with face-to-face raved about her organization, professionalism, and how easy it is to work with her. I think it speaks volumes that everyone she interacts with (clients and vendors alike) love to work with her. She is outstanding at balancing all the moving parts of a wedding with ease, and always made sure we felt comfortable with every step of the process. Sarah always took the time to help us finetune even the smallest of details, making sure the day would include everything we wanted. So many of our friends have said the wedding process was one of the most stressful times in their lives, but we did not have that experience at all and this is hugely attributed to Sarah and her team. The experience was enjoyable and exciting, and we never once found ourselves overwhelmed. We would have never been able to make it to our wedding day while still having fun, if we didn’t have Sarah leading our team. On the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team were OUTSTANDING! I am so happy that I found and hired The I Do Glam Crew for my December 2024 wedding! Lori and her team were amazing throughout the entire process. I booked two separate trials with Lori to try out all kinds of different hair options, and she probably spent about 5 hours with me to make sure I was going with the hairstyle that would make me the happiest on the big day. She never made me feel rushed or annoying, even though I was being incredibly indecisive! Her shop is adorable and comfortable and the other people on her team were all fantastic - they showed up to my house the morning of the wedding on time, they breezed through everyone's hair and makeup in a timely fashion, and everyone looked gorgeous after all was said and done. As someone who really doesn't like to have a ton of makeup, I was super nervous about having our makeup professionally done, but I had nothing to worry about - it turned out amazing. One of my bridesmaids opted out of having her makeup done because she never likes how people do her makeup, but afterwards she told me that this was the one time she somewhat regretted not getting her makeup done because she loved how ours turned out so much. Anyway, I cannot recommend this team enough! They are wonderful to work with and I would absolutely hire them again.

Entertainment is arguably one of the most important and memorable aspects of a wedding, as it can truly make or break your day. Fortunately for me, I’ve worked in the service industry for over a decade and have seen my fair share of DJs and bands. This is how I met Paul. I always loved when he played at the bar I worked at because his sets were never the same—he read the room, kept the energy high, and was always amazing at it. I’ve also attended weddings where he DJ’d and MC’d, and those were the ones where I had the most fun. So, I was over the moon when I reached out and found out he was available for my wedding. I booked him immediately. Paul has been in the entertainment business for quite some time and offers more than just music. With options like customizable monogram/logo projections, a standalone or 360 photobooth (with an attendant and props), and uplighting, he helped us tailor our wedding experience to perfection. What I loved most about the photobooth was that we were able to pick our own template and backdrop and use our own logo/monogram for it. Guests received printed copies on the spot and digital copies sent to their phones. We also received a file of all the photos and GIFs taken, which was so fun to look back on. Paul has different equipment based on your space and vibe. The sleek white setup he brought to our small venue blended seamlessly with our aesthetic, while his ability to adapt his equipment ensured optimal sound quality throughout the day. From providing a lapel mic for our officiant to coordinating with our live acoustic cocktail hour, Paul went above and beyond to enhance every aspect of our day. Paul's responsiveness and flexibility, whether over email, text, or Zoom meetings, made the planning process seamless and stress-free. During the planning period, we met with him to discuss all the details like pre-ceremony music, procession, recession, introductions, first dance, last dance, parent dances, must-play songs, do-not-play songs, and whether or not we wanted requests (we opted for them, but only if they fit the vibe). He even let us cue up songs, coordinating with our wedding planner (for instance, signaling me when it was time for me to walk down the aisle). All of this was put in a shared Google spreadsheet and discussed during our meetings. He also had a remarkable ability to know exactly when to cut a song and have it fade out perfectly. As both DJ and MC, he effortlessly set the tone for the evening, keeping the dance floor packed and the atmosphere electric. He even looked like he was having a good time, cheering and dancing along with us. A few of our guests asked for his contact info and whether he did events other than weddings (which he does). He knew exactly what the crowd wanted and ensured everyone had a great time. And as an unexpected gift, his recording of our intro and first dance provided cherished memories we'll treasure forever, especially since we didn’t have a videographer. Thanks to Paul, our wedding was so much fun, filled with laughter, love, and plenty of dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better soundtrack to our special day.

Rachel and her team made our stressful and busy day absolutely wonderful, and now that we have our photos back, there is no denying that they were THE standout of all of those that we booked! The only thing that I would change is that she now has a new addition of a content creator that I have no doubt would be amazing! Our package included film and polaroids and Super 8 for Wedding Day and the night before. From a boudoir session in her amazing studio, a Welcome Dinner on a sailboat, different getting ready locations and all around our venue, each part was unique! Getting ready, first touch, the ceremony, cocktail hour, portraits, reception, and golden hour each have a unique different focus, which I absolutely love. The polaroids were an amazing touch, and the different types of film were such a vibe! I could not ask for more to have captured our memories and make them feel timeless! Of all of the research I had attempted to do to look for a photographer, Rachel was perfect and surpassed expectations! She and her team were flexible, experienced, professional, and have tremendous range. It was so evident that they put in work before the events to know what we were looking for. She even has great recommendations for other vendors and her connections show how well respected she is. Rachel also has a wonderful personality that seems to click with anyone. Rachel was wonderful to work with from the start. She had clear and consistent communication and it’s obvious that she is professional that loves what she does, and through our multiple sessions I had no doubt that she had our best interest in mind and was happy to be behind the camera and supporting us. The team was constantly multi-tasking, aware of what was going on, caused no concerns for us, but also always seemed to be in the right place at the right moment. She and her team were more than familiar with our timeline, what we wanted most out of the day, and needed no reminders, and as things will inevitably happen, they were quick to adjust with a smile. Time goes by so quickly during the events, and she and her team were always prepared and making what we had hoped and planned for happen! After our initial inquiry, Rachel responded quickly and we scheduled a video call, during which she was super engaged and attentive! We could tell that she really listened to what we shared we were looking for and seemed genuinely excited for what we were planning and happy to be a part of it. Her service guide and contract were clear and so were expectations. My husband and I could tell from the start that she not only had a great eye but had the business part of what she does down as well. There wasn’t a single instance during the period of time we worked together that I had doubts or felt on edge about our decision to go with her or that the end product from her team would be lacking. She checked in often and asked for a detailed questionnaire and mood board not only as a part of the inquiry, but also closer to the day which I loved as over months and months of planning things do shift and change. They did a great job of capturing candid moments and getting group shots. They were somehow able to let us enjoy the experience but also get those specific shots we’d requested. They were able to make each part of the day fun, memorable, and unique. We are so happy to say that we have traditional family portraits, candid, and even photos that look editorial!

Her team was quick and efficient and got things done. Our ceremony and reception set up was done exactly the way we had described and even exceeded expectations when we told her to use her creative liberties! I am the type to stress about details and worry about things running smoothly, but on our wedding day, I didn’t think twice about anything but enjoying the day. We knew Renee had it handled. If I thought of something last minute to bring up to Renee she would immediately say with ease, “we have it handled, don’t worry about a thing!!” I can’t emphasize how much that meant to us. My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding would be to book a wedding planner and to get RENEE!!!! We will forever look back on our wedding knowing we, and everyone at our wedding, fully enjoyed every second and were not swept up in day-of tasks and duties. No one was stressed or worried about getting something done. People got to relax, party, and just enjoy themselves, because Renee had it handled.

The LoKel team are magic makers. Their expertise in the event industry is undeniable, but what truly sets them apart is their care, presence, and ability to hold space for all the moving pieces—both tangible and emotional—that come with coordinating a wedding. Our celebration took place at a private family property, an intimate-ish backyard wedding with 130ish guests. And in case you’ve never planned a backyard wedding, it’s not as simple as it sounds. Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Candice/Signed in Pink Events was INCREDIBLE!!!! Talk about someone who goes above and beyond to bring your wedding day vision to life! I came across (Signed in Pink Events) as a recommendation from a bridal group on social media. After looking at some of her really positive 5 star reviews, I decided to reach out to her. I originally was looking for a day of coordinator when I reached out to Candice, however when I first saw her prices, I realized I could afford the month of coordination services which ended up being a great idea. I hired Candice/Signed in Pink Events over a year before my wedding on December 20th. From the moment I hired her, she IMMEDIATELY, put me at ease. She walked me through all of their services, the process, asked me plenty of questions to get a good feel of what I want and provided a lot of clarity for me. I quickly realized, she knew what she was doing! Candice and her team were hired for “month of coordination” however, Candice made herself available to me for whenever I had a question or needed some advisement. Over the year, she really helped me through the wedding planning process, even when I hired an untrustworthy beauty vendor. With her support and guidance, I was able to quickly get out of that contract and later went on to work with an AMAZING team of beauty vendors that Candice went back to verify. As type A as I am as a person, I truly felt that I could trust Candice’s judgement and knowledge and she NEVER steered me wrong! I was even able to relax a little bit with her supporting me. Candice also handled my wedding decor and I was THRILLED that I went with her. She managed to handle all the vendor stuff AND perfectly execute my husband and I’s decor vision. I checked in Candice at least every couple of weeks just because lol She is such a fun and helpful person, it was very easy to work with her and come to her for my bridal anxiety needs or general questions. By the time we were coming up on the time for her to officially begin her “month of” services, she knew EVERYTHING we wanted, how we wanted it, all of the vendors we were using, who she needed to follow up with, how to she was going to plan out walkthrough, meetings. She had her questions ready for vendors, welcome card for vendors, rehearsal layouts ready…just the whole 9 yards (and then some)! She had everything running like a well oiled machine leading up to the wedding day, and on the wedding day, she handled everything! I can’t tell you how many times she told me “I got you! Don’t worry about anything!” and she meant every word of it! She really had it! All the coordination between vendors, the decor vision, the schedule…it was all so smooth! And she got along with every one of my vendors! And they easily went to her with no issues. The day of my wedding was INCREDIBLE!!! All the decor was PERFECT!!! She went above and beyond!!! I was so excited!!! It was all worth it! She was the absolute best at what she does! No wonder she is an award winning event coordinator. She is an absolutely joy! If ANYONE is looking for a wedding event coordinator look no further! You have found her!!! She is professional, helpful, kind, detail oriented, organized, down to earth but also she is about her business! She and her team will make your vision happen! I just have to say - this roaming cannoli station has been the talk of my wedding!!! Such a fun idea and Phil was so attentive. The cannoli shells were so fresh, the cannoli cream was 12/10, and all the topping options. I come from a large Italian family that can be hard to please when it comes to their Italian desserts, but they haven’t stopped talking about how amazing they were. So glad I booked this!!!! There are not enough words to explain how amazing Mandi is!!!! You need to RUN and book her immediately!! From the first phone call and throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was so responsive, organized, and above and beyond helpful. Her pictures truly speak for themselves and I can’t even tell you how many strangers have reached out to tell me how beautiful the pictures are!! She also got them back to me in absolutely record time. On wedding day, I didn’t have a wedding planner, and she helped me put together a timeline and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She was soooo much fun to work with, was so laid back (while still being assertive and corralling our wedding party/family for pictures) and made sure everything was low-stress. Most people complain about their wedding portraits and how long it takes, but one of our favorite parts of the day was taking our portraits with Mandi and her second shooter (who was also so fun and fantastic). We rented half the upstairs area in Blue Pit for our rehearsal dinner and I have a feeling it won't be the last time we reach out to Blue Pit for an event or catering. Cara, the owner, is wonderful and very accommodating. The space is cute and quirky and doesn't need much decoration for events. The food is DELICIOUS every single time we visit and this was no exception. Our bartender and main point of contact for the night was Brad, who was amazing every step of the way. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Blue Pit every time. You can't go wrong here.

Saroj James Hyoju, got into DJ industry upon walking into Latin club in Dallas, Texas in 2015. Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Following immediately, he hosted a Bring Your Own Beer (BYOB) house party, where 50 people showed up. A week later, he was invited to co-DJ at one of his friends’ wedding reception and rest is the history.

Saroj was amazing! We have received so many compliments about our DJ. We wanted a DJ who understood that all we needed was a professional to help keep the guests on pace for the cocktail hour/reception without 'stealing the show.' He was the right man for the job. He was extremely responsive to our needs and desires, no frills, just good music to keep everyone moving. As well as being so responsive/helpful to my father as he had prepared something very special for the father/daughter dance. We are truly satisfied and feel so blessed with our choice.

From the first Zoom call we had with Rachel, we could tell she was our kind of person. She was very knowledgeable and had great advice leading up to the wedding. We also loved the engagement shoot we did with her, as it gave us the chance to get to know her a bit in person and get comfortable so that there was no awkwardness on the day-of. Rachel embodies the perfect balance between professionalism and personable. She’s goofy and funny yet fully in charge and assertive. Her personality meshed so well with ours and it really showed in the pictures. She captured the candid special moments beautifully and also gave great direction for the posed formals. She did an outstanding job wrangling my massive & hectic family! We were so happy with how the photos turned out - it’s been challenging to pick favorites to print because they’re all great!!
