AKa Stables is a new, remotely-located event venue that offers a rustic approach to wedding ceremonies, overnight stays and receptions. Located in the small town of Cordell, Oklahoma, aKa Stables provides guests with a secluded destination for all types of events. In addition, we also offer an array of services. Whether it's time spent on horseback, a night spent dancing with your wedding guests in our rustic setting or a weekend away from the hustle and bustle, we have the package for you! At aKa Stables, it is our goal to make your stay as perfect as possible, and we are dedicated to accommodating you to the best of our abilities.

Our 22-hour wedding day rental includes our 2800 square foot Event Barn that has 13 large, rustic round top tables that seat up to 10 guests each. Extra white tables and chairs are available if needed. There is a wet bar, as well as an attached well-equipped cold prep catering kitchen. The Event barn has a gorgeous deck overlooking the property for your ceremony or event extra dance and seating. We also have a stunning lakeside area, and a garden gazebo. That package comes with any outdoor ceremony site, and also a secluded cottage. Activities include recreation room with pool tables and large flat screen televisions, lake for fishing and/or swimming, and trails for hiking and biking. Outdoor games including volleyball and cornhole are also available.

There’s plenty of reasons for you to choose the Civic Center for your wedding but we’re really proud that we’re the LARGEST venue in the area. We can accommodate any size wedding up to 750 guests in our exhibit hall. We also have a great location just off Interstate 30 with plenty of free parking to host your guests. We also allow outside catering in our venue. If you don’t have a caterer in mind, we can help you find one! We will also help you finding local providers for different wedding services you may need.
