The barn at ColdSpring Farm was built in 2008-09 and updated as a venue in 2019. It is a true post and beam barn intended originally for our horses but they prefer to be outside no matter what the weather or season! The barn is rustic yet elegant and has many lovely features to facilitate your special day! The downstairs is fully equipped for dining or dancing, cocktails or even your ceremony should rain threaten. The upstairs is bright, open and typically where dinner is served and a great place for dancing into the evening. A sweet Bride's Cottage sits near our ceremony area. It is a magical little cottage meant for the bride and her party. The ceremony area is fully of live edge benches and a beautiful cedar arbor. And finally, the patio has a large fire pit, a bocce court, rustic tables and plenty of spots for s'mores and fun throughout your day and evening.

Ledge Brewing Co is nestled in the White Mountain Valley and is the perfect place to kick back with a beer while you celebrate! Our fun space, great beer, and delicious tacos are the best combination for a wedding to remember!

Twelve 31 opened as a catering company in 2018. Our owner and Chef, Melissa Dolpies, spent more than twenty years in the food industry before starting Twelve 31. Melissa began her career in fine dining before making her way to work banquets and catering for numerous hotels in the Boston area. If you are having a larger gathering you have the option of renting the boathouse and the adjacent field. Included in your rental fee with the Pinckney Boathouse are tables and chairs.
