Hullo! So you're gettin' hitched (YaaY!), but you’re not super into the idea of the overly-manicured wedding. A+ for you, because this is not your parents’ wedding photography. I'm a farm kid who floats between the journalism and art worlds. I love telling stories as much as I love listening to the stories of others. I’m the type of person who makes up musicals for my own amusement and nurses a soft spot for sci-fi and fantasy. If I’m not taking photos, I’m usually dancing. Or cooking. It’s possible I may have a baking addiction and try to mitigate the damage by forcing the goods on loved ones.

Celia perfectly captured the joy and spontaneity of our wedding. She fit in seamlessly with our families and friends, and captured moments that enrich my memory of the day. She was easy to work with, communicated promptly, and really listened to our priorities, which were basically, ‘let everyone have a really good time and be very present in this moment.’ Two of her images really stick with me: one of my mom hugging me while my sisters, both blood and chosen, eat snacks around us; the other of my beloved, driving us down from the mountain where we got married, while I stick my head out the sunroof. I feel like an old Hollywood movie star in a fashion magazine spread in both of these pictures. I couldn’t be happier. She captured our big day in the exact way we wanted (without knowing that’s what we wanted, you know?).

Kara was a pleasure to work with! We booked her almost a year out for our September 2020 wedding. She always stayed in touch, and when the pandemic hit made sure to let us know that she is available to figure out solutions incase we cannot go through with our original plans. Kara was incredibly professional and gave us suggestions for poses, scouted photo locations, and met with us before our elopement. She was very flexible and understanding when we had to change our wedding to be smaller and then to an elopement all together. On the day of she came to photograph us on time, gave us great direction and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. It was like having a friend around, which meant a lot to us since we had o one but us on our special day due to COVID. We had so much fun shooting we didn't notice our time was up! She was so excited about our photos she send us sneak peeks within hours of our ceremony, while on her layover. Needless to say we were thrilled and amazed with the end photos she provided. She had the final gallery ready for us within the timeline she provided in her contract ( actually even earlier than we expected!) The photos were presented in an easy to access gallery where you can also print them or make them into an album. We are absolutely in LOVE with the photos she took of us! We will cherish them for the rest of our lives. Thank you Kara!

I grew up the kid who was obsessed with all of the Disney princess movies and just in love with the idea of “true love”, which has shown itself in SO many ways in my life. My first true love I found was my camera and photography. I picked up my dad's camera for the first time when I was 8 years old and decided at that moment that it was all I wanted to do. I could show people the way I saw the world and to little 8 year old me, that was the coolest thing EVER. It started off as capturing the things I loved, whether that was animals at the zoo, my friends, or siblings… I was ALWAYS shoving a camera in somebody's face.

I worked with Kaitlyn for my wedding last summer and I've gotten nothing but compliments from everyone on my photos, I loved her, my wedding party loved her. Hands down my favorite wedding vendor I had.

Hi, thank you for stopping by! My name is Andrea, I am a film photographer based in NYC, made in Colombia and will gladly come to wherever your day is at! I specialize in portrait, and wedding + couples photography (or "love photography" as I like to call it). My passion is to capture memories that remind you of the love and joy you're surrounded by.

Awarded Best of Zola
Andrea was our first choice for a wedding photographer and we were so lucky that she was available to shoot our wedding. We were looking for a candid-style wedding photographer with a relaxed, artistic style that’s both modern and timeless, and Andrea’s vibe aligned exactly with what we were seeking. Her eye for detail is astounding, and beyond her technical expertise, she is an absolute joy to work with. Andrea is extremely organized, kind, and creative. We are in awe of how filled with love and light the photos are. The most candid, intimate moments, captured artfully. We will treasure these photos forever.

I'm in love with human emotions, either it's laughing till it hurts or tears of happiness. When your man hugs you so strong, that you can't breathe or when your dad is crying (for the first time in his life!) listening to your vows at the altar. I do believe, that these un-staged moments are more meaningful than classy portraits on a sunset (but no worries, you'll plenty of both!) If you feel like we are on the same page - let's talk! Write me a few words about who you are, tell me your story and let's create something beautiful together!

Awarded Best of Zola
We've had our first love story photoshoot with her this spring. Both of us were so shy and new to this, but Dasha not only made us feel comfortable but also be ourselves! All the posing and picture ideas, we didn't have to worry about. And finally, the pictures came out amazing! We were so happy with the photoshoot process and the photos that we knew we wanted her to be our wedding photographer. Dasha was with us from early morning till almost midnight and we couldn't be happier! I even felt like she was one of my bridesmaids and closest friends, always helping around and making me feel less nervous! We just got our wedding pictures a few days back and we just wanted to share them all at once! We're very happy with our choice!! Thank You Dasha for everything!

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Will & capturing the humanity of moments is what fuels me. The hugs you can feel, the soft touches, the tears falling, the never ending smiles, the moments between mom & dad - those are the ones I want to capture! More of what it FEELS like not just what it looks like. Telling stories has always been my favorite, but words tend to get lost or forgotten so I tell them the best way I know how - through photographs!

Awarded Best of Zola
My husband and I got married at the beginning of December, right in the middle of Pandemic crises and another round of shutdowns. Will was extremely flexible with our schedule & helped me with planning throughout the whole process! I may have changed my plan 10 times and each time he agreed without any issues. Will took the most beautiful pictures of us and most importantly he had the best attitude! We are looking forward to working with him in the near future!

Banker Creative

Parma, OH

**We are new to Zola but not new wedding photographers.** Banker Creative is a small business consisting of myself Joe, and my wife Ashley. We are a Husband + Wife Creative Team that specializes in documenting weddings. We call Ohio home, but we are grateful to have the opportunity to continue to capture weddings all over the country. So far we have worked in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Utah, Virgina, West Virginia and Washington DC. We can't wait to visit more states and experience new places!

Cannot recommend Joe Banker Photography and Videography enough! We hired them for our wedding and received a free engagement shoot in our package. My husband and I are very nervous and uncomfortable with our pictures being taken but Joe and Ashley immediately made us feel comfortable and confident. Our engagement pics were STUNNING! Because of this, we ended up extending our wedding package to include our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Joe and Ashley were part of our entire wedding weekend and were one of our favorite parts. They were calm, extremely professional, constantly being flexible with weather and lighting, and so accommodating to my husband and I and our entire bridal party. They were so unbelievable that we received texts and calls from guests about how appreciative they were of Joe and Ashley - and this was BEFORE our wedding day pics even were released! Needless to say, our pictures and videos from our wedding weekend were perfect. Joe and Ashley have a keen eye for beautiful shots and what works for each couple. Book Joe Banker Photography, we PROMISE you won’t regret it! They are worth every cent and will bring so much joy to your special day and marriage for years and years to come.

I have 12 years of photography experience, 6 years in the industry and have shot more than 180 weddings. Safe to say, this IS my passion. Couples and wedding photography can be SO stressful--the pressure to look and be a certain way or follow trends is INTENSE. Wedding stress is real and I am anti it all the way. For my couples, they're job is just to show up and have fun. I will do ALL the rest!

Awarded Best of Zola
I don't even know where to begin with writing this. Melissa is phenomenal. Full stop. The first time we met her we knew we wanted her to capture our wedding photos. She was so friendly, approachable, and professional. We wanted our photos to capture our personalities, and we knew Melissa could do that. We also knew we could trust her fully to take great photos so that we could relax and enjoy our day. On our wedding day, she made the whole process so seamless, and we really were able to relax and enjoy the day. It was the best. The photos Melissa captured from our wedding day are something we will treasure forever. When the first few showed up online the day after our wedding, our whole family gasped, and there were quite a few tears. The photos are literally perfect. Absolutely better than anything I could have imagined or wanted, and each one feels so unique. When we look at them, it's like we are right back at OUR wedding day, not just any wedding day. There are two more things I have to mention here. 1) Our engagement session was amazing. Melissa spent the day with us up in Madison (where we live) and absolutely captured us and our favorite places in such a heartfelt way. She also made that day so FUN. I was certainly nervous about being photographed so much, but after awhile, it felt like it was just Simon and I there, having fun, together. The photos are a true reflection of that. 2) We had to reschedule our original wedding due to the pandemic. Melissa was super understanding and made our new date work for us. Overall, Melissa is an artist. She is someone I would trust completely again and again to capture the most important moments in my life and the lives of those I love. Thank you!!

Chandler, AZ

Hi I'm Ray! I am local to both Arizona and Texas but travel all over without travel fees. I am super quirky, clumsy, and incredibly sentimental. I truly care about documenting your day in a way that honors you and your partner. With 10+ years of experience I love helping my clients find little ways to elevate their day.

I have four kids and with that it can be hard to do family pictures with ease, however Rayanne made it such a great experience that the kids enjoyed. Which of course is hard to do at times, but it went so smoothly. She’s so patient and kind, while capturing their personalities she was also able to give direction they were excited to follow. I’ve also have worked weddings with her before, and she makes sure she has everything she needs from her brides and grooms, that she gets everything they asked for but it is all stress free. She pays attention to each client and she’s so professional while still having a great personality that makes you want to continue to work with her even after the event. Cannot recommend her enough.

Every moment is unique, every couple is unique. I get to capture my amazing couples and the moments that make them up in really stunning and interesting ways that tell their special story. I love what I do. I have this amazing profession of photographing moments and telling stories through the combined voice of my clients lives and my creative eye. But this is not about me. This is about you. This is about your story, your marriage and your amazing day, why it is unique to your personalities and where you are headed in life.

Everyone needs a Wayne! This is what we have told everyone over and over again when showing our beautiful wedding and engagement photos. We sincerely cannot wait for the next time we have an excuse to work with Wayne. From the very start of working with him, he had such a thoughtfulness that no else else had. Throughout the whole process he had sentimental touches like congratulatory gifts, personalized business cards for us to distribute with our photo on it, souvenirs from our wedding day, etc. Friends and family loved how he was present but never in the way or distracting, and we agree. The best advice we received was to find a photographer who you like being around because you spend the majority of your wedding day with them, and man they were right. Wayne's energy is exactly what you want - attentive, sharp and aware of his surroundings but cool and relaxed on a day that has it's stressful moments. Wayne does his research and comes fully prepared for ideal and creative shots. Even when everything was all wrapped up, Wayne spent hours of his time to personalize our wedding photo album with the patience of a saint. Simply the best <3

Caitlin and the team did an unbelievable job on our engagement video. The shoot itself was a really fun experience, with the videographer making us feel extra comfortable and fading into the background when needed. And then the final product... blew us away. Amazing cinematography and editing, A Shot of Love Films made us feel like movie stars. Highly recommended for any of their services!
