Yes! We are proud to offer free ground shipping on most items sold on Zola. We also offer free, easy returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. We will email you a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Free shipping is not available on some items (such as furniture) that have a delivery surcharge due to the size, weight, or special handling necessary to make sure your order arrives safely. You can learn more about our shipping policy here.
If you're returning a gift you received from someone else, we’ll refund you in the form of Zola store credit. If you’re returning an item you purchased yourself, we’ll refund your original form of payment. You can learn more about our return policy here.
