I didn’t receive a verification code via email. What can I do?

The verification email is fairly generic (subject line: Your Verification Code) and does not contain any Zola branding, for security purposes. The email should come from no-reply@verificationemail.com.

Still can’t find it?

Make sure that you have entered the correct email address - if there is a typo, you will not receive a code. If this is the case, please try again in an incognito window or clear cache and cookies and retry.

If your email address is correct, take a quick look at your spam and junk mail folders (sometimes the verification emails are redirected there).
