If you would like to join us, Jay and I will be at The Hilton Garden Inn on Friday the 22nd at their rooftop lounge (45 Waterside on Lockwood). There is a cash bar and a beautiful view. We would love for you to stop and say hi before our big day.

Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
The Confederate Home and College lays between Chalmers Street and Broad Street in downtown, Charleston. The physical Google address is "62 Broad Street" however, we request that guests enter at "25 Chalmers Street", a beautiful cobblestone road with an archway entrance to the courtyard. We will have a sign directing guests where to enter on Chalmers. The ceremony will take place outside in the courtyard. There is a parking garage on Queen Street (85 Queen Street) that you may park at. *Ubers and Lyfts are very popular in Charleston and are a great way to get around the city too. If you choose to stay at The Hilton Garden Inn, there is a complimentary shuttle. Our reception will be down the street, about .5 miles away at The Room on Meeting. We will have accommodations to get guests from the ceremony to the reception. ***Please note that parking garages in downtown Charleston are $2 every hour. Due to this, we recommend Uber or Lyft to get you to and from the wedding and reception.

We would like to invite guests to join us for a celebration after our wedding ceremony. There will be a trolley accommodating guests from the wedding ceremony to the reception for ease. The reception venue is about 5 blocks away from the ceremony and will make for a nice ride down Meeting Street in downtown Charleston. The Room on Meeting has 2 entrances. The main entrance is on Meeting Street, right next to Sticky Fingers in downtown Charleston. Please note that there are stairs that lead to the upstairs venue. If you are not comfortable with stairs, there is an elevator inside of Sticky Fingers that will take you to the upstairs venue. We will have hors-d'oeuvres and cocktails following the ceremony, then a buffet-style dinner, dancing and of course cake. We are looking forward to a fun celebration!
