Shuttle from Hotel Block to Saint Mary's

June 26, 2021 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

For those who would like to take transportation to and from the wedding, a shuttle bus will be outside The George and Cavalry Court Hotels at 1:00 pm on Saturday. It will leave promptly at 1:25 pm. The bus will take guests to the ceremony and then to the reception venue afterwards. It will not stop back at the hotel block after mass, so make sure you bring everything you need for the evening to the ceremony with you!

Shuttle from Saint Mary's to Peach Creek Ranch

June 26, 2021 3:30 pm - 3:45 pm

After the ceremony, the shuttle bus will be outside St. Mary's at 3:30 pm. It will leave straight for Peach Creek Ranch no later than 3:45 pm.

Early Departure Shuttle

June 26, 2021 8:00 pm - 8:15 pm

If you do not wish to stay until the end of the reception, there will be an early departure bus that will leave Peach Creek Ranch at 8:15 pm and return to The George and Cavalry Court Hotels.

June 26, 2021 9:30 pm - 9:30 pm

After the sparkler exit and sendoff for the couple, the final bus will leave Peach Creek Ranch at 9:30 pm and return to The George and Cavalry Court Hotels.

Flight

George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) Houston, TX

There are a couple of different airports in the larger cities surrounding College Station. IAH has the most options of them all and is a big hub for United Airlines. There are many rental car options and it is about an hour and a half drive from College Station.

Flight

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) Austin, TX

Austin is about an hour and 45 minutes away from College Station and services many flights with Southwest Airlines. They also have many rental car options. Depending on the airport you are flying from, AUS may be more or less expensive than IAH. If you plan to extend your visit and explore more of Texas, Austin is a great city to check out!

Easterwood Field (CLL) College Station, TX

There is a small, regional airport that services Texas A&M University. Flights to Easterwood are typically more expensive than those going into Austin or Houston. However, our wedding will be taking place during the off-season for student travel so tickets may be more fairly priced this time of year. United and American are the only two airlines that fly into Easterwood. Flights with American connect in DFW and flights with United connect in IAH. Travelling through this tiny airport is such a breeze and is a great option for limiting travel-related stress. There are even a few rental car companies at this airport.

William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) Houston, TX

Hobby is another airport in Houston. It is smaller than IAH and services flights from a limited number of airports. American, Delta, and Southwest Airlines operate through Hobby.

The George

The hotels are next to each other. We will be monitoring the availability of the blocked rooms. They will add more once the block fills up, depending upon availability. The block will be held until Friday, May 28. We hope to be able to arrange transportation to/from the venue and hotel block. It is suggested that you book by April, since there is another event the same weekend of our wedding which may cause rooms to fill up.
