Ceremony

2:00 pm

This event is semi-formal.

Guests who are driving themselves may begin arriving to the ceremony at 1:30 pm. There is plenty of parking at St. Mary's. We will be celebrating a full Catholic mass, which should take about an hour. Those who are not Catholic or not able to receive the Holy Eucharist are invited to cross their arms to receive a blessing from the priest or remain in their pews during communion.

Shuttle to Reception

3:30 pm - 3:45 pm

After the mass, the shuttle for the reception will be outside St. Mary's at 3:30 pm and will leave promptly at 3:45 pm.

Cocktail Hour

4:00 pm

The cocktail hour and reception will take place immediately after the mass at Peach Creek Ranch. It is about 15-20 minutes away from the church. There is plenty of parking at Peach Creek Ranch if you wish to drive yourself.

Reception

5:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Cupcakes with Dorothy the Cupcake Camper

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

After cake cutting, don't forget to go visit Dorothy the Cupcake Camper! She will be outside of the reception venue serving cupcakes to guests from 7:00-8:30 pm.

Early Departure Shuttle

8:15 pm

If you wish to leave a little early, the early departure shuttle will leave Peach Creek Ranch at 8:15 pm and drop guests off at The George and Cavalry Court Hotels.

Sparkler Exit and Last Shuttle Departure

9:30 pm

If you can, stick around to send off the couple with a sparkler exit at 9:30 pm! The final shuttle will pick up guests after the sparkler exit and return to The George and Cavalry Court Hotels.
