Welcome to Vail! Join us after dinner for drinks and desserts on Friday evening, and pick up your welcome package. There is free daytime/evening parking available in the Lionshead parking structure. There is a $25 fee for overnight parking, so you can leave your car here if your accommodations do not offer parking.

Vans Depart for Piney River Ranch

Vans will pick up at the Landmark Condominiums in Lionshead Village at 2:30 pm. Please wait in the lobby. We highly recommend taking this provided transportation to and from Piney, so you can watch for wildlife and enjoy the fall foliage on the way up. It's also reliable. if you drive up and have drinks, you'll have to leave your car and take a van back (space available basis), or stay overnight in a cabin at the ranch.

Cocktail attire with sensible shoes as there's rustic plank flooring and gravel. Bring a warm jacket or coat as it will be chilly at night.
Cell Phone Service: There is very little cell phone service on the road up to Piney and none at Piney River Ranch. Transportation: We are providing Epic Mountain Express vans with experienced drivers to Piney and back. We highly recommend this provided transportation, as the road is a bit bumpy, dark at night, and it's easy to get lost - especially with no phone service. Google Maps directions are not accurate, but reliable directions are available at www.pineyriverranch.com/directions if you choose to drive. Be sure to download them before you head up. Please note that Piney's EMT certified security, will not allow you to drive back if you've had any amount of alcohol. Schedule: 4pm - Outdoor wedding ceremony on the pavilion deck (indoors if it rains) 4:30 pm - Cocktail hour 5:30 pm - Dinner and dancing in the pavilion 10 pm - Vans return guests to town (Lionshead Village or the afterparty)
