A meal will be served immediately following the ceremony as guests enjoy cocktails and take their seats. A second dinner buffet will be offered later in the evening.

Cepcenie

Slovak čepčenie (chep-chen-yeh) is a meaningful midnight wedding ritual symbolizing a bride's transition from maiden to married woman, where elder women remove her floral wreath (parta) and replace it with a married woman's bonnet (čepiec) while singing traditional songs, marking her new status, often followed by a ceremonial dance. Redový: Following čepčenie, guests are invited to take part in a cherished tradition by offering a monetary gift, which is ceremonially collected to help the couple begin their life together. Afterward, guests step into the dance circle to dance with the bride or groom.
