Airport Options

Option 1: Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) Burbank Airport is our #1 recommendation for you, assuming there are flights available for you and you plan on staying in Camarillo. Burbank Airport is much smaller than LAX and easier to navigate, and is a 45 mile drive to Camarillo (typically 1-1.5 hours). This also keeps you north of Los Angeles and away from all the chaos! Option 2: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) LAX is about 60 miles from Camarillo, which if you're familiar with Los Angeles, could be a 1-hour or 3-hour drive! LAX will likely give you much more flight options, as well as the option of a more scenic drive up the coast toward Oxnard until you cut over to Camarillo. However, you will also likely run into much more traffic and LA-craziness going this route.

Travel Note

Wedding Transportation

Shuttle Service: We will be providing shuttle service to and from the wedding, with pick up and drop off available for both of the two hotels. A shuttle will pick guests up from the Hampton at 3:30pm and the Sonesta at 3:45pm, and you’ll have two end-of-night departure times to choose from: 9:15pm or 10pm. Driving Yourself: Parking is available on-site and you are welcome to leave your car overnight, as long as it’s picked up by 10:30am the next day. Gerry Ranch is about a 10-15 minute drive from both hotels. Uber/Lyft: Uber and Lyft are available for transportation to and from Gerry Ranch. However, please keep in mind that ride availability may be limited later in the evening.
